Best heat pad to warm up?

I used to warm up with a rag, which takes forever because the hot doesn’t last. I want a small heating pad that I can “wear” under my shorts to warm up for about 10 minutes. Does anybody have an suggestions on a heating pad small enough to wear under clothes but still warm up effectively?

You could try the battery powered warming socks and/or gloves. They should be available from your local Sporting Goods store.

I know Monty from PE weights has some, no idea how they work though, you can always check.

Rice sock put in the microwave for a minute or so. Build it yourself out a athletic tube sock and some rice.
