How much break time do you guys take in between sets of hanging?

Also, is it safe to do kegals while hanging?

I think 5-10 mins is the normal amount, personally I do about 3-5 mins.

Wow I take 15 min in between. I wish I could only rest for 3-5 min, I do manual stretches during my rest. Easy bruiser here. I do some light jelq/erection after 2nd set. With the kegel question I kinda angle my pelvic up for 10 secs down for 10 secs, that lets me feel the soreness while I’m hanging. I guess it’s kinda like a kegel.

Your only resting 3-5 minutes. How much weight are you hanging?

5lbs. I’ve only recently started hanging.

oh I’m hanging with 10 lbs first 2 sets then 12.5 on my third you will find that 3-5 min is not going to be enough when you get higher in weight.
