Please if you have gained anything from hanging, weather along side jelqing or not please state your amount of time spent, the weight in lbs, and how many days on or off. DOn’t forget to add how much you’ve gained.

I just want to get a rough idea, I haven’t found any posts that relate to this just on hanging routines.

If you do anything else that might effect length please do not post, unless you feel it was the hanging that did it for you.

Why the hell was this thread in the Main section?

You found nothing about hanging and gains, ya? Maybe because you have not done any search?

I did find over 10 threads about hanging and gains, I just didn’t find one that listed in detail, as I’ve stated above.

Where does this thread belong?

I thought main member section is PE related.

I’d check out some progress reports. You’ll most likely find what your looking for in those. Start with members in the hangers section then check their progress threads.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal
