Calling all hangers and ADS guys

We are looking for stories on guys that hang and us ADS.Let us know the device you are using for how long if you do it every day or when you can get to it.Tell us your gains or lack of gains and why you think you gained or why you did not gain.

This thread is wide open to everyone and everyone will have different view on stuff but we can take what has work for everyone or most and put it in a top ten thing to do that worked for almost every one.Also put in the rate of time before you saw your first gains and did gains stop or keep on for months after that.

This is purely a research thread an if we could get on of the science guys on here that good whit statistics to help out at the end if it goes well then maybe we can see whet the number look like on certain things.

So remember put what you use how you like it and how long you do it for and how much weight use.

How long before first gains.

If there is a science guy out there who knows how do this better let me know and we will do it your way.You can put the reason you believe why you did it the way you did it no one will bash you on hear they may disagree but it will be civil and you must include the persons whole post to disagree so that nothing can be taken out of context that is the only rule on this thread. Let the reader of the thread see both full arguments so he can make a more detailed decision on the topic. Hope every one has fun with this.

I gained over an inch from hanging every day and/or whenever I could. This translates into roughly 3 hours a day min, 5 max.

Took a month off due to a foreskin cut.. only jelqed, clamped and pumped. Now back to hanging, a little bit smarter. Maybe not at the bib-kind of guru level, but I’m not making stupid mistakes like hanging at different angles every day. I use a traction wrap ADS when at work to prevent turtling, and bed fowfer at night.

Talk to sparky regarding connective tissue stretching, or bib regarding angles, hanger attachment, and fatigue management. The rules and guidelines can be spelled out.. it’s just up to us to find the time and resources to live up to them and get a bigger dick.

I think this thread is a great idea.

I’ve been using a Jes-type extender for 280 hours now, and so far have experienced:

1) Improved erections

2) Improved night-wood

3) A little more base girth

4) A little more length

5) Improved libido

I used to use it 4.5 hours, 5 days a week, and 2 hours during the weekends. Since I am now jelqing too, I am going to only use it on the same days that I jelq (2 days on, 1 day off).

Penimaster: ~60 hours. Stopped using it.
Vac-ADS and Vac-Extender: ~60 hours so far.
Pumping: Once a week. 15 min x 3 sets. I’m thinking of pumping twice a week.

Results: 1/4 inch gain in BPFSL (7.25 to 7.5 inch).

Why did you stop using it?
And how long did it take you to gain the 1/4 inch?

I replaced PM by vac-extender which is far more comfortable on my uncut dick.
1/4 inch BPFSL gain is from ~120 hours of extender+ads in 2 months time. It’s not cemented gain though.
My BPFSL is actually 7 1/4. Yesterday I was surprised to measure 7 1/2 after my 3 hour vac-ads session.
It means I need to stick with the current routine to cement it.

When I first began hanging I was using a noose type hanger with up to six pounds. I coupled that with a one pound weight that I machined out of brass, similar to a circle device, and wore that most of the day. Sadly, I didn’t see any gains.

Now, I hang with the bib hardcore and instead of utilizing any sort of ADS, I utilize my hands and perform fairly intense fulcrums spread throughout the day, maybe five to ten three to five minute sessions – or more. Along with base girth, I’ve experienced an overall girth increase that I attribute to the fulcrums. I think the key to my gains is hanging while fatigued. With the noose I couldn’t reach fatigue during my sets. With the bib I’m not limited in the amount of weight I can safely hang. I average about a 1/8 inch per month when hanging and riding fatigue. Last summer I hung for three months straight and put on my second half inch. I recently hung for about six weeks through April and put on another 1/8 inch. I don’t think gains stop, or plateau, if you are able to ride fatigue during your sets. At least that’s been my experience.

When I gave PE another ‘shot’ a little over a year ago I could insert my entire penis inside a toilet paper roll, with the roll all the way to the base, the tip of my penis came just to the edge of the roll. Now, I can only put the head of my penis inside that roll, as it no longer goes over the shaft. I keep that roll shoved up inside the base cabinet in the bathroom, it’s nice to pull it out sometimes and remind myself just how far I’ve come.

I think this thread is a good idea. I’m glad to see that there are others on this forum that are willing to share what has worked for them. I don’t utilize an ADS but that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work or compliment hanging.

Sacred - Hanging gainers, Chime in please.

I use a vac hanger. Have been using it for the past 3 weeks on and off, mostly on. Only 5.5lbs at present. Not really looking to get into HEAVY weight as I think I can make gains at lower weight.

I try to hang every day for at least an hour with weights, Straight down. Sometimes I bend over to get more of a SO stretch.
But ideally I want to set up a kind of fulcrum to do SO hanging
Then do another couple of hours in Vac-ADS down the leg throughout the course of the day.
Jelqing in the evening if I have enough energy left - 15 mins, 3 second jelqs with a few bends chucked in there.

Not trying clamping or similar for a while as I don’t want girth to inhibit any length gains.
Saying that, I tend to clamp, jelq and pump (all on a lighter level than in a routine) if I know I’m getting some sex. Gives me that confident large flaccid, fuller erection feeling.

Hey Ted most guys use these 3 products.

1. First for heavy hanging nothing is better then bib hanger I had one but could never get it to fit the way I liked, but that was just me there have been tons and I do mean tons of guys that love it I almost wish I didn’t give it away to a friend who is a fellow PE er because I should have given it some more time to get used to the device.

2 . This is the autoextender web sit he has every thing form his vac hanger to vac extender and his new PE device. I had a Jess extender so I bought the modified vac head piece it makes you extender wearable even at full force the noose type head piece sucks and will make you just never want to wear the thing again.

3.The last product is gaining more support here is the static stretcher heavy device I have one and the thing pulls really hard even at 6 lbs it feels like I am hang 10 lbs when I use the grip hanger.This is another vac hanger.

As for my result on a whole I started me PE about 3.5 years ago, but this doesn’t mean I have been at it full force for that long I am one of the guys who looked for the miracle device or exercise that would make me huge.What I have found is that there is no miracle device out there but after trial and error I found as most of you have finding something you can put on live with with out skin irritation or it getting in the way of everyday life is the best way to go slow steady wins the race.

I started with manuals for 2 months and saw no real gains from them but was still not going to give up at making my penis bigger.I found this site and the penis master was the new thing that was out at least it was in a normal price range unlike the jess extender which was like a 1000 bucks.

I had a job working at a health food store which was very slow at the time I bought the device and wore it with little movement during the day at work about 6 to 8 hour per day for 4 months.

My BPEL was just under 6 inch’s so even though I was called normal I felt tiny after 4 months of the penis master I gained my bone press went to around 6.65 this was great but hated wearing the device and was going through a divorce and wearing the contraption was no longer an option at work they moved me to a different store with lots of costumers.

From there on I had no PE at all or I tried every type of product I could get my hands on. I would try them but never had any routine to follow so gain were none to speak of.

This last summer my new wife was pregnant with are first baby so partying lifestyle came to a screeching halt and decided to get back on the horse and really give the PE thing a real try since my first gains cam from the penis master I would use the Jess extender to get to my new size.
I was able to wear the thing for about 375 hours with the noose but started getting scaring and skin tears. I got the vac head piece from auto extender and it solved all my problems with keeping the thing on.

The next problem I had was that I couldn’t wear the extender out of the house I was at around 10 inch’s from the base to the top because the new head piece extended about an 2 inch’s past my stretched length. So I got the static stretcher and pulled out the grip hanger from the PE box.Since I know that guys who hang get results I figured hanging 2 hour per day extend the rest of the time weather it be the jess or the static light traction wrap or the static medium. After about a month of hang thing wear looking good the wife was saying it was bigger it looked bigger but all the vacuum type hanging and extending caught up with me and had some fluid build up as well as broke a blood vessel on the tip.It was kinda of black and blue.

Static stretcher only after that till it healed.

At the start of the summer I was just under 7 I did take pics of that and about 4.5 flaccid have pics of that. Know I am at 7.70 BPEL and 5.5 flaccid that is from August to know.There have been about 3 weeks total in there that no PE was like when the baby was born and when we moved and then odd day that I just miss for one reason or another.

Most gains came after the 375 hr mark on the traction device if your not hang weight it takes allot of time to see any real growth. I think this is do to the low weight takes forever by it’s self to open up the gaps in the penis.Most people quit way before this happens.

Know I use the static heavy and the static medium and light and the jess when I can just sit and not have to move around allot. I as getting 4 hours per day of the jess 1.5 to 2 hours per day with the static heavy for the last month but we are moving and had to start packing so things had to slow down with my PE so know I am trying to hit the heavy work every day and wear the light traction wrap and the medium static and an hour or 2 with the jess if it fits in.

So total gains from start to finish that is bone press gains are around 1.7 my first post on hear I didn’t talk about my starting size only gains from after penis master to now.

Traction with hang leads to gains.Never take rest day always stretch you only need rest days for jelqing and clamping so as to prevent injury I believe, But the longer you take between hanging and traction could cause the penis to become tougher as it has completed the healing proses. Keep the gaps open that you have created with hang and traction as they do with leg lengthening and growth will keep happening.Minimum weight to cause openings I have read is 6 to 10 lbs. The BiB hanger hangs much more weight but it pulls from behind the glans so I think more weight might be needed but for it to work the way it was meant to work. Vac hangers 10 to 15 is way more that enough I think any ting over that may cause injury to the tip of the penis.

Thanks for the very informative reply. I have bought static stretcher but it did not work for me. What do you think would be the most comfortable and easy to use and safest device for hanging for me. I have been PEing for 2.5 years now???

The bib is still the standard for hanging heavy and the vacuum hangers are good for light weight. The wench is a great home made hanger if your on a small budget. I have all the bibs but my favorite is the hardcore bib
