I have been hanging for about 3 weeks or so with the Redi-Stretch from TPS. I started with 6.5 BPEL a couple months ago, I can now hit 7.500 after hanging, and I am a solid 7.000, probably 7.250. Its happening so fast I cant keep up with it. I guess that’s a good thing.

I am hanging with about 15 pounds, some SD mostly SO and in between. I use a pulley system, with this system I can vary the weight a few pounds through the 20min. session ( maybe as high as 20# and as low as 10#). I do, on the average three 20min. sessions a day, and I also wear my PM about 4hrs. a day. That’s it!

It seems like for the gains I am getting, my efforts are minimal. I just hope the gains keep coming. I will keep up with this same routine without any extended breaks in hopes that I will keep things fatigued, and hopefully keep growing.

I will post pics, soon. I wish I had beginning pics. I`m sure some of you think this is bullshit, but its not. I have always been happy to hear about some peoples unbelievable gains and hoped they were true. Well I guess they are. I`m now a believer!


6/12/05 6.5 BPEL 5.125 EG 1 week! 6.875 x 5.375 UPDATE.. 7/28/05 OK, I would say I`m a SOLID 7.000 now!! Squeezing out 7.250 BPEL!! OH! Wait a second.. Now I`ve hit 7.375. New numbers!!! 12/7/05 7.625 BPEL!!!!!! Hang long, hang strong! Hey!! This shit works!!! :thumbs:

Keep with whatever it is you’re doing. Don’t try and increase the workload in the hopes of better gains. Good job, BTW. :up:

LOL! I don’t want to do MORE!! I would like to stick with the routine I have for a while. I don’t have the time to be too obsessive with PE, I have a business to run.

I have to say, hanging works for me! I don’t like to sit there pulling my dick for hrs.. Its messy and you cant do much of anything else while your jelqing. I hang while playing on the puter or while laying down watching TV. I use a timer so if I fall asleep, it wakes me up in 20 min.. Been working great!

Its people like you, Slack, that inspire me!

Frankly LFS, I think your dick is made of taffy, and I’m glad to hear that your being conservative about increasing your weights beyond what is working. That’s exactly what newbies need to understand.

Do only what is minimally necessary and your gains will actually be better. We get so anxious and want growth NOW. Nuts! Like others have said here, understand, this is a long process. Tissues don’t grow over night but they will grow. Having said that if you try to force more growth then you will actually shoot yourself in the foot because your dick WILL rebel. Go slow……take your time. It works

I wish this could be posted at the entry of every forum! This somes it all up.

Actually, this “slow” process, done right is much faster than the “fast” approaches that get you nowhere!

Question though : If 15 pounds is not enough, I should probably increase it. But where is it starting to get “dangerous” ?

Monty530’s reply above has scared me. I have a long on and off history of PE (good gains but over a very long timespan), and I have recently started hanging, 5kg for 20 min with a Redistretcher followed (most days) by 2 hours with an ADS (Jes Extender). I have deliberately held off measuring but am now very worried that my dick has rebelled and actually got smaller! The only thing I can say for sure is that overnight wood is very frequent and rock hard.
Although I can’t say how the Redistretcher has affected penis length, the device is incredibly easy to use.
