A little background info is in order:

Just found out that I have a heart problem and am scheduled for a catherization in about a week.
Became interested in PE about 3 years ago. Did some surfing and tried jelqing. A vein weakened and became an expanded bump so I quit. Still having an interest in self improvement, I began surfing again looking at PE. I discovered that my “bump” was from jelqing with an erection.
The only measurement taken was flacid, stretched and bone pressed which was 7-1/4 inch. I began jelqing and stretching lightly with some gains in my flacid “hang.” Longer and heavier hang was noticed and encouraged continuation. A short time ago, I discovered Thunders Place and have read with great attention a lot of the listings. I became interested in hanging as I spend too much time in front of my computer so the time was there to spend on it.
I made the Captain’s Wench and had some problems. Using gripper pads, I was unable to clamp with the Cable Cuffs obtained from Home Depot. I replaced the grippers with some thin insole material (about 1/8” thick) and used 3 clamps to supply the good strong side support. I worked up to 10 lbs in a month and my current flacid, stretched and bone pressed length is 8-1/4 inches. This is the “significant” results that I obtained.
I have read with great interest about the CCH3 hanger and plan to make one very soon.
I am looking forward to enhanced blood flow after the catherization and potential “stents.” At any rate, I plan to continue with PE.
