Critique my new Hanging Routine

So I am trying a new hanging routine after I purchased my Bathmate.
I have a VacHanger.

Here it is:

- 5 mins in war/hot tub
- 5 mins of all angles, A and V stretching
- 50 Jelqs
- back in tub for 2 mins
- Hang with VacHanger (12.5 lbs) for 20 mins.
- Shower penis with cold water for 5 mins.
- 5 min. break to do whatever I want
- 5 mins in war/hot tub
- 20 minutes of Bathmate
- 5 mins in war/hot tub
- 5 mins of all angles, A and V stretching
- back in tub for 2 mins

lol this sounds kinda long but I only do this once a day for 6 days in a week.

Any suggestions or critique about my new routine?

I have noticed a larger then normal length and girth flaccid/Erect after using my Bathmate for only 3 days.


Start 2-31-10 ___ EL:4.3"_____ BPEL: 4.75" ____ EG: 4.25"

Current ________ EL: 4.9" ___ BPEL: 5.9" _____ EG: 4.6"

Goal ___________ EL: 6.5" ____ EG: 5.25" ______________ New Routine: Jelqing 5 minutes, then Hang (12.5 lbs.) for 20 mins. a day

Err….is it a hanging routine actually? :-k

Yes it is like a hybrid. But I actually need more length then say girth right now. I was assuming that when I stretch my tunica enough, the pumping would help fill in the new gaps and thus having a base to work with.

I would do one 45+ minutes set of hanging (vac-hanger allows to do so safely) and add some minutes of jelqs some hours later. Just an idea.

That routine is really focused on heating the penis and not so much actual PE exercises. I’m inclined to agree with marinera. But see how you get on with your routine and then alter it accordingly. You might not need to hang for 45 minutes.

I think 45 minutes is too much for one setting. Even think 20 minutes is enough.
