I was waiting for that! It’s a simple point I’m trying to make in each of these cases, and I figure rambling on about it won’t help get straight to the point. But in any case I am anxious to open a discussion about any of this, and expound on my ideas if anyone’s interested. I was always intrigued by a shriveled, hard unit after a good hanging session. The first 1-2 my unit looked great flaccid. As time went on during the day and after each session, it was deformed and shriveled - turtling is what many call it. No matter - I slapped on some golf weights after the hanging was done and noticed my unit was suddenly growing.

I was told by others that the turtling or shriveling is tissue deformation and it’s a good thing. My only problem is that I quit the ADS and started noticing a plateau. Could it be coincidence? Hardly. However, my unit is so sore after hanging that it’s hard to wear the ADS which is killing my opportunity to test my theory. But all in all, it was quite cool to be doing things in total ignorance and gaining!

Post hanging I like to do a BTT stretch (Between the thigh) so restore circulation as well as keep it stretched out under heat.

I was actually glad once I started noticing deformation. Then I noticed that part of my inner penis had become pulled out and that part of the deformation was actually a large vein!

No, but while we’re on the topic of crossing Jiu-Jitsu with PE, I have now gotten my dick smashed three times while training. I wore a cup to the tournament, and may have to start using that during classes. Most people have trouble getting hit in the balls during sports, but I seem to get my actual weiner hit causing a serious pain and concern for my penis health, but a very different pain than the infamous testicle injury. I enjoy having a great long flaccid hang, but in sports it can be a problem. Like I said, I might have to start using a cup.

When you guys say you see deformation what do you mean? What would be some things to watch or lok out for?

It can mean a lot of things, but primarily what I meant to say was do not be afraid if you notice that the structures of your penis morph in somewhat strange ways. This can be scary, but I think it is often accompanied by growth. If you back off whenever you notice that the shape is changing, you very well may be backing off right when your body is positively responding to the exercises. Don’t expect your penis to look exactly the same when everything is said and done, because it will most likely be a very different beast after all the stress leveled at it. However, through all the ‘beatings’, my unit is not only bigger, but equally if not more esthetically pleasing than it was to begin with.

Not trying to dodge the actual specific question here, but I think the deformation could manifest in many different ways. For me, I am uncircumcised so one thing I’ve noticed is that the area between my glans and my shaft has kind of blended together and bulged out, which caused me concern at first. Like I said though, these little things can be positive. I think a good way to look at it is like this: if the change seems neutral in terms of how your penis functions (erection quality, etc.), it very well may be positive in terms of size. So changes that don’t hurt EQ but are noticeable very well precede or accompany serious gains.

Really, ‘good’ deformation is a byproduct of consistent, well managed & controlled fatigue. It’s good to keep the end goal in mind, but really, day to day, fatigue is what we end up having to focus on more. That’s a good point though too—that eventually our unit will look different if we have enough deformation. I think those of us that have studied a lot expect it, welcome it, and perhaps embrace it.
