Describe the feelings you have whilst hanging
Well Bib had never really heard of something I’m feeling so just thought I’d widen the idea so people can explain the types of fatigue and feelings they are experiencing during hanging to compare with other people so we can get more of an idea if something is good or bad and give advise etc
Okay well for me, I’ve been experiencing little to no fatigue in my ligaments/fat pad area. I hang BTC and I’m up to using 10 lb’s. For me I’ve been having some real uncomfortable almost painful type feelings. It’s hard to describe but I’ll try. It’s in an area bib describes as ‘inner shaft (1)’ Here’s a definition of the 2 types.
”I define the inner shaft 1 as the shaft from the internal anchor point, the crux or bulbs, to the bottom of the pubic bone. I define inner shaft 2 as the shaft from the bottom of the pubic bone to the skin exit point.”
Okay so my area of pain is kind of on the right side high up just behind the balls, it’s slightly on a bit of that inner shaft (1) and whilst hanging BTC I can feel a lump or a few lumpy parts. I don’t believe it’s a part of the balls but I have to feel through scrotum skin to touch the achying area. I’ve drawn a little diagram to show the area. It’s at the groin intersection, as I put my finger their then pull upwards towards my body moving aside scrotum skin It’s in that area.
Bib said ”OK, it could be a tight area within the minor collagenous tissues. I do not know of anything in that specific area that could be negatively affected by the stress. If you palpated a small ball, that could be a bit of torn collagenous tissue”.
But anyway, I keep experiencing it and it’s making my hanging really hard and I don’t believe it to be beneficial because I have literally 0 gains since I started hanging and that was 6 months ago. I am noticing my erection position is moving down slightly, so when fully hard I can pull it further down. Where as before it would want to stay pointing straight up. If I measure whilst pulling down I get a small gain but I wouldn’t consider that valid really.
