Difference Between Traction Device & Hanging?

Just curious what the difference is? Can’t the same effect of hanging be done by using a traction device like the autoextender?

Hanging generally uses higher weight for a shorter time, traction a low weight for a much longer period of time. Many have seen good results with either, or both methods combined. Which on is best for you depends on how much time/privacy you have and how loose your trousers are. :D Some guys just don’t have the penile conditioning necessary to hang, so they use manual/ADS instead.

Personally, I think combining the two is the way to go: the old hanging/ADS combo. Ive gotten my best gains this way.

I agree with GM that the combo is probably best, but definitely not until your penis is well conditioned. I am going to get an autoextender sometime, as I’ve become too lazy to hang much.
