dual fulcrum & BTC

Any guys here hang both ways in the one session, if so what sort of senation do you get? I am only hanging BTC, feel like it is not enough.

How much weight you using between the cheeks? How are you hanging btc?? Why not go ahead and give dual fulcrum a shot and give us your feedback??

I have been hanging for 6 weeks, but for 4 of those 6 weeks I had the starter horizontal, only I after I saw Giuri pic’s did I realise I should have the hanger vertical!! I am up to five pounds, legs up in my desk chair.
I will try one set tonight and see what it is like.
