Fatigue from Hanging

What does fatigue feel like to you when your hanging? If you can go into detail about this feeling I think this would be helpful to those who are starting to hang. This would give people a better understanding of what to expect and what they are feeling when hanging.

Fatigue goes from an awareness of the ligs and tunica being stretched, to a feeling like you need to take the hanger off, or something will snap.

When I do strictly tunica hanging, a mild soreness develops at the exit point of my penis and I have to take a break.

I think straight down hanging takes some time to develop a feel for. But like I mentioned, I find the intensity of my awareness of my ligs being stretched is my take on fatigue.


I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

2007: BPEL 5.5" / MSEG 4.7" / BG 5.5"

I have only done SD and BTC angles but ligament fatigue for me feels like a slight discomfort near the base and eventually turns into a weird burning sensation (not really bad just hard to handle) it gets to where I can not wait to get the weights off, at this point is when I lower the weight.

For me, the aching ligament feeling is more of a soreness in the base and the pubic region. A sore ache, kind of like the day after ache you get from a good gym workout, though my ligaments seem to be perpetually aching when I press them. I’m not sure that is a good thing.

Tunica stretching, I’m not sure I am getting because I only hang straight down and BTC, but i do feel like a slight burning feeling in the shaft of the penis, sort of like fibres being slowly plied apart.

Well said…I think you have pretty summed it up to. I initially struggled to find this point of fatigue but when increasing the weight in my second week of hanging I felt and then knew what fatigue was. After the third set at 11lbs I have to decrease weight else its near impossible to continue hanging.

I am hanging right now and I am feeling fatigue described by some of the other members. I am not at the point where I can’t stand to have this hanger on due to fatigue, but I do feel stress at the base and in the shaft.

Only way I could ever describe it would be you want to take the thing off, badly because SOMETHING (cannot think of a better way to describe it than the ways above) is annoying my body.
