FIR Hanging Questions
I’m currently doing a “hanging with fire” routine.
15 mins at 3.5lbs
Heat pad put on. Heat on.
30 mins incrementally increasing up to 4.5lbs
Heat pad removed.
15 mins at 5.5lbs
I have gained .5” in 3 months. This is on top of my .75” gains from hanging medium to heavy weight (no longer doing this). Good enough for me to keep going although I’ve hit a plateau for the past 3 weeks to a month.
I have a couple questions where I’ve found answers but they are not clear.
1. What strain is ideal for growth?
2. How do I know when to add weight?
3. How do I know if it’s too heavy? (I can physically and mentally handle well over 5.5lbs)
4. How do I know when to decon and how long?
I read and reread Kryptas and 5.5Squared post countless times. Maybe I’m missing something?
This is specific to FIR + vacuum hanging. I’m using the total man hanger and the thermedic heat pad. All is in well working condition.
