For those of you that use ADS after hanging

Do you use and traction with your ADS device after your hanging sessions or do you use it just to keep the dick extended?

Yeah I use to throw on my extender after hanging sometimes to keep my dick from retracting.

just to keep it extended or did you try to stretch it even more when using the ADS?

I just use for keeping extended, about 2 hours after my 40 min of manual hanging routine.

I don’t use a device because a I dotn have one and b I don’t like to keep it tied up anymore than I have to.if I notice it shrinking up (which I rarely do) I pull it out gently for 30 second sets till it’s all good.
