Frenulum area fluid build-up

Frenulum area fluid build-up

Just wondering what I should look for or try adjusting to limit the build-up. I’m at a loss, it happens pretty quickly after about 4 sets of 20 min. with 12 lbs.. I’m using the HTW as wrap.

I’m thinking it is a tightness issue. I’m trying to skate around getting so much darkening around the circ scar. The frenulum area is getting bruised along with the fluid, I’ve got the bottom out pretty much at maximum and I think the HTW is about as thin of a wrap as I can find.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks for all the help, for sure. Bigger is sorely missed around here.

Thunder,
I originally thought the HTW might be too small for my girth, but I tried sweat shirt material and it’s the same ole song and dance. The hanger is about as tight as I like to get them. This is my first real attempt at hanging since Nov. 04, I know I might be pushing but there has to something simple I’m missing. The simpler things are, the more they elude me, the story of my life.

Thanks for replying, T.

It’s just super frustrating to know I used to do this business so easy and now I can’t even get a good start. I don’t mean to be an ass.

You don’t have any thera-ban material? I don’t know shit about hanging or wrapping from experience Alice, just parroting what I remember from others’ posts. Maybe one of the REAL hangers will stumble in if we keep the thread going steady. :)

Fair enough, I’ll be a post whore until then. :)

Hi, Piet. I see you up there, please help if you can.

4 sets of 20mins is already a day worth of hanging for me. If it was from 1 set I would think tightening more before and or during hanging to reduce any movement of the hanger. If the fluid build-up is an accumulative thing then you might need longer breaks in between. Perhaps taking the wrap off in between sets or leaving it on may have some influence on the matter.

Thank you Sir,
Leaving the wrap on defenitely makes it worse, I might have to go to longer breaks in between. I’m tightening it up pretty good, is there any chance this can be caused from being too tight?

When you tighten a hanger you squeeze blood and fluids out of the clamped area. So you will always get some fluid buildup although it may not be noticeable every time or for everyone. Sliding of the hanger pushes more fluids in a smaller area. Also when your tissues get more loose during hanging new fluids may enter the clamped area and can also cause some sliding. Keeping it tight all the way should prevent the sliding and reentering of fluids.

My hanger is smooth inside but the BIB isn’t, those innerthumbs probably put more stress on your veins and lymph fluid vessels under tight conditions which may cause the dissipation of fluids to take longer after a session. A thicker wrap or perhaps a rubber one will soften the effects of those thumbs.

I have never tried a BIB so I’m not sure.

Btw for me it’s always the tighter the better.

Mr. Nine,

>Thanks for all the help, for sure. Bigger is sorely missed around here.<

Same happened to the thread I opened with no replies for a couple of days. So I contacted Bib directly via his email from the hanger site (bibhanger.com). He replied every time the same day.

I had all possible problems when I started to use the Bib a couple of weeks ago:

Skin irritation: Happened because the hanger was sliding down very slowly during the set.

Fluid build-up: Happened because the wrap was pinching into the skin which is between the hanger and the head, specially on the bottom side.

but I solved these problems with the help of Bib.

here are the exact steps on how to hang comfortably:

wrap very, very loose with a thin elastic, material. Start with your shaft stretched out and do one turn around your shaft about 1/2 in below the head where the foreskin starts. release your stretched dick and wrap the next turn such that it covers the foreskin and about 1/2in of your head. The idea of covering the head and wrapping beyond the foreskin is to avoid any pinch in the skin between the hanger and the head. it is very important that the wrap is loose at the front because when you attach the hanger there will be tissues bunched up in front of it so the hanger can rest on them, and these tissues need room. Next spiral down the wrap with 1/2in to 1in per turn.

On top of that wrap use ONE layer of latex wrap if you fell it makes you more comfortable.

The top teeth should be almost fully meshed in all cases. As for the bottom gap settings in my case the 2 hex nut pairs are almost 3/8 in apart for about 4.5-4.75 in wrapped girth. Adjust the bottom gap as you like but the top teeth should be always almost closed. A cross section of the attached hanger should always look like this /o.

Next attach the hanger about 1 in below the head. squeeze the blood out of the head, but not 100%, leave just a little bit in there. try to position your shaft as low as possible in the shaft well. Then close the hanger while pushing the top surface of your dick down into the shaft well with the other hand to avoid any wrap or skin to be trapped in between the teeth.

Tighten the hanger till the wing nut only turns with big force As said before at that point the top teeth should be almost fully meshed. When you attach the weight it should only move slightly forward. You will notice the wrap between the hanger end and the head expanding as some tissues are expanding. After about 3 mins into the set you will notice that you can turn the wing nut for another 1/2 turn as the shaft is getting compressed.

Using these steps I have minimal fluid build up because of the wrap around the head and no skin irritation because the hanger does not slip during the set.

5point5,
Thanks for your input and I’m glad you got everything straightened out. Bigger and Piet were both helpful in getting my situation figured out. I am almost embarrassed to say that I was doing things and not paying attention to details that I should have known better. The most problematic issue of mine was that the HTW is to small for my girth and the material seems to irritate my delicate skin.

Good luck to you, 5 !!
