When I hang, the hanger comes down close to the glans, stopping right above it. However, the construction of the bibhanger provides that little gap on the top of the hanger so that it doesnt come in direct contact with the nerve bundle behind the glans. Is this safe or is there any indirect pressure that could possibly damage that nerve bundle?

The reason I ask this is because when I have the weight applied, the tissues bunch up in the glans, and the the glans feels solid, so I cant tell if the area behind the head is stressed by pressure or not.

Also, I have to tighten the hanger a lot to support my weight. As a result the wrap has been getting pinched in the top gap, which pinches my skin as well, causing a little pain while hanging.

I think wrapping tighter would probably solve this problem. However, its difficult for me to wrap tighter because sometimes I get semi-erections before putting the hanger on and then the tight wrap just makes my dick swell up for a while, creating a uli effect.

Any suggestions?

It sounds as if you know what you are doing. You must have been reading and experimenting.

Do you ever have any numbness or other feelings that you know are not right? If not, you are ok. As long as the hanger grasps the internal structures, and bunches them behind the head, that is fine. The front thumbs are supposed to anchor on the shoulders on either side of the head.

That sounds about right. You want the hanger to grasp at least the softer tissues internally and not ‘flow’ through the hanger.

You have it diagnosed. Correct wrap tightness seems to be one of the biggest problems guys have. Just experiment a little. You surely want the wrapped bundle solid enough that you do not pinch within the hanger.

That is normal. Simply grasp the wrapped bundle and push it forward, even over the head. The blood that is captured should be able to flow past the wrapping toward the base. Then you can apply the hanger.

That Uli effect that you experience to me is very valuable. I reported that I believe I gained significant head girth from wrapping alone. It also will eventually give a much better anchor on the upper shaft for the hanger.
