Hanger is very tight

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the sleeve I got with the vacu extender is VERY tight on my head. I am around 4-4.5 inches girth at the mushroom of the head flaccid, and when I put the 1st sleeve on, it just squeezes the hell out of it.

I can only keep it on for about 1 hour before I start losing feeling, and this is just with ADS stretching around my waste.

Also, I feel as if I am not getting much of a stretch from ADSing around my waste, and I think it is because I’m not getting enough tension out of the pull cord. I have about a 33-34 inch waste and I think this is the part of the problem.

Can anyone give me some reassurance?

When you say first sleeve, do you mean the constriction sleeve?

If you are using the constriction sleeve (the one that covers your glans and isn’t attached to anything else) and that squeezes the hell out of you, try using it without the constriction sleeve - only cup and exterior sleeve.

I don’t see how your waistline would make getting a pull difficult, unless you mean that you are overweight and that the bungee cuts into your padding? Try the kneestrap rig - bungee cord to strap around leg just under the knee.

Constriction sleeve is very painful to use. I cut off the covering side and used the sleeve as a normal sleave for ADS.

I wonder who can wear the constriction sleeve comforably.

Try without costriction sleave as mgus said.

With my waist, I am so thin (33 inches is thin IMO) that I don’t feel any sort of stretch from using the cord.

I’m not saying you’re fat, sorry. I think in metric and didn’t understand what you meant.

Tighten the cord until you get a good stretch around your waist, it’s not a fixed length - retie the knot. Or try the kneestrap method.

Ya I used the one main sleeve and it was much more comfortable, so that works.

Also, I’ve been using both cords in combo to ADS, maybe I will get rid of the white rope and only use the black cord.
