Simple question for you hangers out there:

How did hanging affect your EQ?

I find that if I hang for 5 or 6 days in a row (1.5-2.0hrs/day) I will typically have a decrease in EQ for a few days. This is annoying because I would like to gain about 1/2” in length without gaining much more girth. I am currently using 11-12lbs. If I drop the weight, I don’t feel that I am fatiguing the ligaments. I would prefer to be able to hand 7 days a week, but so far the decline in EQ has prevented that.

I don’t have a decrease in EQ but, then again, I also jelq everyday.

Of course, jelqing should be a part of any PE routine. In my eyes, it is an exercise for penis health just like kegels and any gains that come from it are a bonus.

Do you do any other exercises except jelqing?

For me if I hang daily no rest, I hang 5 days a week 6x20 sessions split 3x20 in the morning 2x20 in afternoon and 1x20 before bed. I then hang last 2 days of the week only 4x20 sets split 2x20 in morning and 2x20 before bed. I jelq only 40 jelqs after each session 3 times a day for 120 total. If I jelq more I have a hard time staying hard and developed a baseball bat dick. Since reducing jelqs to 40 per session I have reduced baseball bat effect.

I sometimes only jelq every other day seems daily hanging does not kill my EQ much but daily jelq does. Especially if I do more than 40 jelq per session.

Using the bib hanger killed my EQ to the point that my girlfriend would notice. I guess my penis does not respond to be constricted like that. Plus I felt like the bib hanger and other hangers alike are limited in that they must stretch skin too. I have no desire to regain foreskin

Since using a vacuum hanger though, my EQ is through the roof and the stretch is so much better and more comfortable. I also vacuum hang in sets of 1hr so I can get my 2hrs a day in very easily. I wrap my penis head with a tegaderm so it gets a perfect seal and I have never ran into anything close to a blister (3M micropore tape is also good to prevent blisters but it will be harder to get a good seal with the vacuum to hang higher weights). I suggest vacuum hanging to anyone wanting to hang.

I’ll be hanging with CCH3 and see how it works out. Where did you get your vacuum hanger, from monkeybar?

Would you recommend the vacuum hanger for someone getting into hanging for the first time. Also is there a site that sells that hanger?

Yes, I use a Bib hanger as well. I do jelqing and basic stretches, Kegels, some edging.

The Bib hanger has not killed my EQ however excessive amounts of hanging some time correctly done at other times not has been the primary reason for EQ killer. However I must note that jelqing does indeed soothe the problem especially with hanging every day.

How much weight can you hang with your vac-hanger system? I have one and it will only allow me to do 10lbs without slipping off. Right now 10 lbs is just not enough weight to get any sort of lig fatigue for me.
