Hanging for Two Hours a Day
How many hangers hang for only two hours a day average? What kind of results have you seen from this schedule? Did you use other PE techniques at the same time? Stretching, ADS, etc.
I’d really like to know. Several months ago I had the time and privacy to hang all day. Now I don’t. I’ve been manual stretching, but I’m thinking of going back to hanging. But I only have about two hours a day to do it. What do ya think?
