Hanging help...

Hanging help...

Hello all;

Just a few questions for the pros here…Just got my Bib and I am having a few problems:

1. I have hung before but only with about 3 pounds BTC. I would never go more because
I had no faith that the hanger would hold the weight. I would have to go longer sessions
just to feel fatigue. I have now done two sessions at 8.8 pounds both sessions being
3 for 20 min. with very little fatigue. How much should I go up? Comfort and faith in the
hanger are no longer questions. Should I continue for at least a week at the current weight?

2. I got a notebook today and I am thinking of keeping a PE log. I know some have
faith in this, but really, what is the short and long term purpose?

3. I have been wrapping with the included strips of theraband…about 1.5 inches wide spiraling
down the shaft. What tape is the best to secure it? Also, I have been thinking of just cutting my
next theraband to just wrap with one very wide strip, several times around. Would that be better?

Also, a quick note to Bib…I will be filling out your feedback questions after using for at least a
week or two in order to give better answers…

Only you can know how the weight feels, the reaction of your penis to the weight, your schedule of hanging, etc. I always recommend going up only a pound or two per week. But some guys advance quicker than that. The problem is, you do not want to go too fast and injure yourself. In general, if you feel absolutely nothing when hanging BTC at your current weight, then you should move up a little. But please consider adding only a pound or two at a time. IOW, do not go from 8.8 lbs to 18 lbs.

I can tell you from experience that you will wish for complete records at a later time in your PE career. Also, if you have a digital camera, you will appreciate pictures of what you looked like before PE.

I always used duct tape, but Scotch tape works well also.

Several guys have reported doing this with good success. It is a personal thing. Just try it out and see if you like it.

No problem. Get a good feel for the hanger and what it can do. I would appreciate anything you have to offer.
