Hanging - Increase Weight or Swing?
Hey guys, I have a question about best way to reach fatigue.
Let’s say you’re hanging with 10 pounds SD.
You’re not able to reach fatigue with 10 pounds SD.
You can reach fatigue if you add 1.5 pounds totaling 11.5 pounds.
Or you can reach fatigue with 10 pounds if you swing while hanging in a circular motion.
What’s the best course of action to reach fatigue?
It seems adding weight, or 1.5 pounds in this example, will be continuing with your current angle of attack.
While maintaining the weight of 10 pounds while swinging will actually be slightly targeting other angles (BTC, SO, OTL).
What do you guys think is the best course of action?
