Have you recently increased your weight for the 15 minute sets? It can take time to adapt to new stresses. Whether this is the case or not, the thread ‘how to remove skin soreness’ should help you out. The red dots are normal at first, but will appear less and less as you continue a sensible routine.

I can’t remember anyone who used 5 minute sets from the top of my head. I use 10 minute sets personally.
