Man I love the setup on the under desk hanging, I’ve got to rig something up this week, because I’m getting tired of hanging SD.
I’ve been hanging for about 2 months and have started to just hang 7.5 pounds comfortably, but I have days still where 7.5 is still a little high. So I start at 5 and move up.
I suggest always taking off the hanger after a hanging session but not the wrap. I wrap with an ace bandage.
I hang 3- 20 minute sets with a 10 minute heated break in between. I also use a space heater to keep constant heat on my dick throughout the hang.
I can’t tell if hanging is working. But its got to be if I’m going up in weight plus my flaccid stretch has gone up .25 inches.
I sit in a very comfy office chair that has an adjustable height on it. I love this chair and hang very comfortably have never even thought of my back.
VegasMan, I suggest you just find something to traction wrap you dick with, and not worry about rigging up an ADS. Its much easier to use ACE bandage to keep your dick at a good stretch without using the ADS system, however the ADS system looks to give a better stretch. Point is your dick is still stretched past its normal hang fleshold so its gotta be doing something.
Heat is your friend while hanging. Get a heat pad. Don’t use a ricesock, they are a pain, and don’t hold heat that long. My personal preference not everybodys.
