I am new to PE 1 month or so and just wanted your advice on how well hanging would do for anybody’s routine?

Any guy who can make a commitment to learn how to hang properly, seek out any guidance needed, and has the TIME to hang will see results to varying degrees. TIME is the biggest factor.
