Hanging Routine
Hey, I must post here and not in the hanging forum because I’m a n00b!
I’m currently hanging 3kg, 6 x 20 minutes, Monday to Friday. I’m using a homemade chicken chocker, theraband wrap, a homemade loading pin and some case iron weights. Lovely stuff!
I also warm up with a wheat sock, and drape it over my chap whilst hanging.
The questions I have are:
1. Are the instructions on how construct a bib clone?
2. After a hanging session is complete for the day, should I then use an ADS to retain the stretched state?
3. I see it is noticeably longer flaccid, but erect hasn’t budged. I’ve been hanging for maybe 1.5 months (perhaps a little sporadic due to school holidays). I’m guessing flaccid and erect doesn’t correlate, but how long did others hang until erect gains also appear?
