Hanging for ligs for a while then alternating to hanging for tunica?

Hey guys…Been hanging for about 3 weeks now and I just got up to 10lbs yest. Felt good and hung for 4 sets. I want to hang at this weight for a week and then rotate back down to 2.5 lbs and start doing SO hanging (tunica). What do you guys think of this. Last time I check, like over a month ago, my LOT was about 9:00. And ever since I’ve been PE’ing, I’ve only concentrated on lig work, so I think it’s time for Tunica. Anyone have any experience with switching it up?

Guys, is this some joke that I’m supposed to find funny and entertaining? With 20 something views, SOMEONE shoulda replied…WTF, it’s not that hard.

What device are you using to hang with and what weight did you begin with. I have been hanging since December and am up to 12 1/2 pounds and I use the Bib Hanger.

Popular opinion would say to hit the ligs if you have a LOT of 9. Seems to me that switching angles and weights all the time would accomplish nothing more than strenghtening. Not what you want to be doing.

Big, exhaust the stretch in your ligs before moving on to tunica work. Why are you thinking about switching it up?

I dunno…It’s just that I have been stretching ligs every since the beginning (2002) and I think it’s time to change it up. Even after my year break, my ligs didn’t give gains through manual strechtin so I’m thinking the gold lies in the tunica now.

What really sucks is when you start out with a low LOT. Damn it.
