Hanging

My routine is at 5lbs BTC, for about 2-hours a day. Does anyone know when I should increase the weight and start doing other hangs, IE, OTL, SO, and fulcrum hanging. And when you I increase the weight?

Does ex member mean they withdrew their membership or does it mean banned or something else?

I searched and found out what it stands for under a thread called “Hey Thunder”.

“Ex-member” means you got whacked. You fucked up. Got outta line and needed to be permanantly straightend out. It means you went against the family and got deep sixed. “Ex-member” means your lying deep in the weeds off the Jersey Turnpike and your only company is a few other gavones who didn’t know the meaning of the word “respect”.

“Ex-member” means that Big T gave the word and a seven foot bunny came knockin at your door one night with a message that began with “good” and ended with “bye”.

Maybe T will expound on Titans problems, but I believe he has more than one identity.

Titan has been banned from Thunder’s a number of times. He keeps coming back using different identities. He was given more than a couple of chances to straighten up, but chose not to.
