I’ve been hanging for 6 mos and I’ve gained roughly 1/3 of an inch. It seems that my gains have slowed up. I haven’t seen any gains for the last 3 mos or so. I started at 5 lbs maybe 1 - 2 hours per day. Now I’m at 8lbs for 3-4 hrs per day, 5 days per week. I’ll hang an hour at a time. Is this too much? I notice that many of you hang for 20 minutes 3x per day. I can’t imagine making gains that way. I now use the bibhanger. Before then I used a homemade hanger.

Well GF, I think you need to start from scratch, read everything there is on the official Bib Hanger website (because obviously you missed more than one or two items) and then come back and read this forum through. It will be more than productive for you, as you said you are making no gains now and the reading and taking the time to understand the correct way to hang will benefit you in the long run. Do that and get a better understanding of how to do it correctly and then post any questions you may have.
