Hanging
I’ve been hanging for 6 mos and I’ve gained roughly 1/3 of an inch. It seems that my gains have slowed up. I haven’t seen any gains for the last 3 mos or so. I started at 5 lbs maybe 1 - 2 hours per day. Now I’m at 8lbs for 3-4 hrs per day, 5 days per week. I’ll hang an hour at a time. Is this too much? I notice that many of you hang for 20 minutes 3x per day. I can’t imagine making gains that way. I now use the bibhanger. Before then I used a homemade hanger.
