Where can I buy a pulley and weights to hang from my Captn’s Wrench?

I don’t know about a pulley (I use something completely different) but you can get weights anywhere such as Wal-Mart, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Target, Sports Authority, etc.

What do you use?

It is a little difficult to explain, but it is basically a strong metal rod that allows me to easily slide the weight on and off depending on how much I want to hang.

I could make lots of suggestions on where to get a pulley. The easiest places to find them in any area are stores that cater to farmers, or farm equipment. You may also want to try home and garden type stores. Home depot has a fairly large selection of pulleys. Look for the kinds that spin on an actual bearing to get the best pull out of your sessions.

Your best bet is a store for farmer’s though. This way you get the best selection for your needs.

Should I get a hanger or pulley? And just use gym weights tied up in something?

To use the pulley you would also need a hanger and weights.
