Hanging
Hi Everyone
I now want to start hanging but I don’t know what to use if somebody could tell me the best hanging device and send me the link
I also want to know if its better to hang or to use the extender or both
Maybe a good tutorial how to make a bib or something like that (one that is easy to make but still effective)
Whats better bib or vacuum extender
If I hang a lot will I see more gains or do I have to hang only 3 times 20 minutes
