The first day I moved up to 10lbs I had to drop the weight on the 6th set but the day after I have been using 10lbs for every set, my 1st and 2nd set I can handle the 10lbs comfortably and not even notice it on me, but about 5 minutes into my 3rd set of the day I start getting fatigue and I cant wait for the set to end, then the 4th set the same happens but my cock is screaming lower the weight but it is not too much for me to stand so I finish up the set and then take a break before I do sets 5 6 7 around mid-day. I have never been so happy to be in so much discomfort lol, its like I can feel my tissues getting longer and its great.

Always on the first set after I wake up or after I take a break I add 2.5lb plates on slowly and tighten my hanger accordingly but this usually never takes longer than 4 minutes to get them all on.

Good information and great gains by not over doing it. I’m working my way back up in weight. I’ve hung for about 2 years now and wasted a whole year with a vacuum hanger. Really regret that.

Oh well back to the bib which has always brought me the best gains :)

Yeah I seen where you was upset about wasting so much time with a vac-hanger over at Bib’s forum lol. I think Bib’s hanger works so much better because it grips the penis and the tissues behind it all absorb the weight where with the vac-hangers more of the penis is absorbing the weight.

Focusing 10lbs on about an inch of tissue on my penis I imagine would force them to deform better than all of the tissue in my penis taking the 10lbs.
I try to explain that but people don’t seem to understand what I am saying. As my penis grows I am going to wrap and attach the hanger the same distance out from my base for this reason.

I don’t think its possible for PE not too work on somebody, I think it just takes some people more weight or force.(hardgainers)

I think anyone who PE has not worked for, just gave up at a certain point.What do you guys think?
