Hard Gainers
Basically I starting this thread to try and understand hard gainers, and hanging weight needed for them too see gains.I have been doing BTC since Dec.2 and am up to 22 lbs.6 sets daily, how high do I have to go to see gains? It’s frustrating cause some guys have gained an inch doing BTC, only having 12.5 lbs. As there max weight.Bib said I have strong collagenous tissues.questions, opinions, words of hope to deal with this high weight and the sometimes horrible slippage.thanks everyone!
