Help - Leaked blood while hanging

Guys,

So i was doing my evening hanging session. I was hanging OTS at 8.8 lbs and after about 15 mins I decided to do some kegels and I was feeling a good pull while kegeling.

Just couple of kegels later I see that the vaccum cap is filled with blood. I immediately stopped my session and checked my dick. Nothing quite evident there. I have decided to take rest for the day and will check for morning wood.

I havent had this kind of problem in the past with BTC, I used to do kegels with it as well. I don’t know for sure whether it is because of OTS hanging or Kegels while OTS.

Did anyone of you had this problem?

Is this a venous leak?

Does morning wood in any way tells that everything is fine internally?

I guess it can come from your urethra or a scratch in your penis. Check the frenulum and the area under the glans.

Yes, check if the blood came from the outside. If that is the case is not so much of a problem, but if it came from urethra then , I think, you have to re-consider your approach (maybe it is not recommended to kegel while in OTS).

I also use a vac hanger , but the only problems regarding blood were blood blisters (on the outside tissue ) .

You might of developed a small blood blister and when it popped its hard to see it. I’ve tried the vacuum type hangers but never liked them.

I checked again and saw my previous injury in form of a cut open again. I m guessing here that the blood came from that. The cut is right where the foreskin connects with the glans. I had this injury in the past and had to take a break from hanging.

However this time it doesnt look so bad except that blood was there while hanging. I think it was just because the cut open again and I was doing kegels which did put more pressure.

I m back at hanging OTS and it looks/feels ok. However, I wont be doing any kegels while hanging though.

I get this too, every time, my urethra splits (the opening to my pee hole) during the first or second set, I’m using the captains wrench, its all I’ve got. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I’ve tried loosening the clamp, I’m using a metal circular clamp with padding that tries to angle so that I grip at the upper part of my shaft. I’m also trying to clamp just about over an inch above the ridge of my head.

If anyone has any suggestions I’d appreciate it, this has been killing my gains for a month or two and HURTS like a son of a .

Try using the 3m micropore tape on the glans specially the urethra. It works fine for me.

Ahh thanks, it’s really uncomfortable tho?

Still what’s really killing my gains are feeling completely exhausted after 2 10 minute sets. My ears start ringing and my head feels like its going to explode. I’ve been hanging for maybe a year and a few and this just popped up a month ago or so and it’s been making me bounce off the walls.

@Pplkwth - Let it heal man. How much weight are you hanging with and which angle? Maybe try lowering the weight or changing the angle. Good luck.

Anyone ever get a red nose on the end of your glans from hanging? I sent a note to bib but haven’t heard back yet. Just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks.
