How do you know when to increase weight?
Right now I am hanging 2.5 pounds for three sets of ten minutes at a time. I become accustomed to heavier weight rather quickly, last I remember. I have become very much used to 2.5 pounds and I wonder if I should increase the weight or continue to hang at this weight to try and gain the most I can from this lower weight.
Also, should I take breaks from hanging or hang daily? I read a thread where somebody mentioned that the fatigue must be “ridden”.
