I hang twice a week one 20 minute session that’s a total of 40 mins per week.
Also I only hang 3 weeks and take the fourth off.
Doesn’t sound like much but I’m starting to believe
That less is more when it comes to pe.

I just figured up my time hanging, on the high end it totals to 12.00 hrs. in a weeks time.

that is the most that I can get in a week. Good question, you brought up, never took time to figure it out before.

I guess your planning on hanging the rest of your life to see any gains. I don’t think your going to get any skin stretch with no more time hanging than that. To see good gains you need to hang about 6 hours a week at a minimum after getting skin stretch.

What have your gains been with what you’ve been hanging. I have been hanging 5-7.5 pounds, for around 5-8 hours per week and have seen a few gains. How about you guys?

Also, add how long you do hang each set.

I try to hang 5 hours a week and build it up to as much as possible with light weights.

Just started hanging, so I can’t describe any remarkable gains to hanging yet.

going for 8 just 15 minutes? one set? a day or week, doesnt seem a lot obvious gains though. Strange how people react to hanging.Ummmmmm

I used to hang 2 sets of 15 minutes 2 on 1 off-ish. I stopped to work on girth, my view is my length is fine, no need to be longer, but girth can always go up.

I’m going to start hanging 15 mins before I pump/clamp, just one set to stretch things out a bit.
