No. I feel very strongly that my wife wouldn’t react well to the knowledge.

I did five minutes standing with ten pounds followed by five pounds seated for fifteen.

I bought some nonslip tape and wrapped the jaws of my clamp with it, and boy does it grip!

It’s the same stuff my kids use on their skateboards.

I tried it with ten pounds and it didn’t move at all.

You hung with ten for five and I’m winding up fifteen with five now.

The ten to start really loads the ligs nicely for the five to do the work.

A-Unit and I are similar in positions in life as far as I can tell, and I wouldn’t tell my wife either. One thing I’ve learned is that while they may react positively to the idea, the first chance they get to rub it in your face they will :P

Got a good 20 minute seated session in this morning before soccer. Everyone is still asleep so privacy isn’t an issue.

20 minutes with 5 pounds seated and good tugging on the ligaments and swinging back and forth, and some kegels under load as well.

I want to be at like thirty pounds by summer/fall/winter 2013. I don’t want to move up to ten or more until late 2012. Squeezing blood out of the head prevents injuries and puts more stress where it needs to go, the tunica and ligs. I know when I approach eight inches, I will be hanging quite heavy weights.

Some tribesman can lift seventy pounds with their small cocks. That is bad. They went for strength and toughness, we are going for size. And continuing high function for sex.

Congrats on your gains! You had a bit of a head start on me, but it is inspiring to see you are near six in girth! I am so going to get there!

I’m certainly not setting a weight goal. I have been steady at 5 pounds for seated sets and 10 pounds to load the ligs occasionally standing to get more soreness from the work, as it seems to indicate that enough stress is hitting the ligs during the session.

I’m not saying that more weight isn’t the answer, it’s just that I have read that new hangers should ease their way into hanging, which is what I’m doing.

The first inch of length came easily, and now I’m finding it difficult to get any further stretch, so I’m going to take the disciplined approach and not give it the beans just yet.

Seems comfortable. Kegels are good. Swinging is tougher though.

Hi guys! I’ve been reading this whole thread and it would be great to share thoughts about hanging. I started at 2012-05-31 and I am almost 2 months in Newbie Linear Routine. After reading a lot about not making your unit strong, going for many sets instead of much weight etc. I have started to question my stretching. I’m pulling really hard for 5x30x2 (5 directions 30 sek 2 sets) to feel a stretch and its working pretty good. What I’m worried about is too much pressure with less time. And I only do this stretch 2 out of 3 days so it feels like my dick has time to heal.

I’ve tried hanging with 1.1 lbs for 5 minutes 2 sets today and it felt good.

What do you guys think about me skipping the stretching completely and instead hang? I’m gonna try increase sets about 2 weeks forth before increasing weight.

So I am currently BPEL 6, EG 4,6 with 55 days experience!

It seems you’re doing great with this routine so I’m think I wanna try it out, I know hanging is much more harsh but what can 1.1lbs do for harm?

Raverfox, I’m glad you have read along.

I would encourage you to begin hanging if you feel you have exhausted the newbie routine, and certainly would replace stretching with hanging in a flash.

The ligs certainly cannot differentiate where the load is coming from and hanging is a much more efficient way of applying that load.

I tried pulling hard in the bath as it allowed me to be warm and stretch at the same time, but I was frankly only avoiding beginning to hang.

Since I began hanging I seem to have found a new excitement for PE, and my dick looks and feels bigger, though that might be my imagination.

I will have to measure soon.

I’m a little disappointed this morning. I measured and found that I’ve lost 1/4” since I began hanging. Granted, the erection I was measuring wasn’t 110% like some I’ve experienced recently, but 1/4” is a significant loss.

I am forced to take a week off with house guests here, and after that I’m going to re-think my approach to PE.
