I hung hanged for the first time today.

Got interrupted with the arrival of my step-daughter and her boyfriend/slave during my second stretch set and didn’t feel comfortable hanging with those two ranging around the house.

I did manage to hang 10 pounds standing for 5 minutes and 7 1/2 pounds for 5 minutes and felt lots of tugging on the ligaments and would have probably had to lower the weight if I was going to continue.

I will repeat this tomorrow in the morning when there are less likely to be interruptions.

Yeah, one tends to listen to someone who has more than two inches of growth when they speak about their methods.

I hung standing this morning with 7 1/2 pounds to start and increased to 10 pounds, then cut back to 7 1/2 pounds for my seated session, but was interrupted by children in the house again.

I got 15 minutes in at least, and maintained the soreness.

Generally you will work your way up to a max weight. It is doubtful you will be hitting fatigue under 10 pounds, though I could be wrong. In general, under 10 pounds is going to be conditioning. Once you start getting into higher weights, you will reach the point where you you will be able to feel comfortably what you can and can’t handle. This is also why you should not be moving up in weight too fast. 2.5 pounds per week should be sufficient.

As you get accustomed to hanging, you will know your limit… hopefully. Generally after a good workout, the next day it will be hard to start off at your max weight. You may have to reduce, but after your first set, you are generally ready to hit that max weight again. My example is this: My max weight right now is 17.5 pounds. After 2 hours of hanging the day before, I am in no way able to hang my first set of the day at 17.5 - it simply hurts too much. So I typically hang my first set starting anywhere from 12.5 - 15 pounds. Sometimes even midway through my first set, the adhesions from yesterday are pulled out so I can stack on more weight, up to my max weight. Your body will tell you how much you can handle - whether by your skin or your ligs. At this time, 20 is too much. Funny how much difference 2.5 pounds is, but I would do damage if I hit 20 right now. That is not to say that in a week or so that I won’t hit 20. Hope that helps.

I know that if I don’t lift weights for 6-months then get back into it I feel sore for maybe a month after that I don’t feel sore anymore I could go up on weight a bit feel fatigue where I could barley lift the weight but then the next day comes and no soreness but yet my muscles get bigger and bigger with no soreness. Fatigue is when you feel it not painful just a pulling you feel but you also feel you can’t wait for the time to end. Sort of like doing high reps on the bench your curls you hit that 16 and you are going for failure you know you could do 4-more and you push hit fatigue where you muscle fails but does not hurt. I guess my question is do you really have to feel sore all the time after you are done?

I look at soreness as an indicator that I am doing something good. However, you will naturally get sore and may actually be accomplishing nothing. Once your lig gains are maxed, it is possible to still feel soreness, but not be accomplishing anything.

How do you know when your lig are at there max? Is there any indicator?

I learned something important about hanging this morning.

Do not, under any circumstances, listen to Louis. C.K. While hanging a weight off your dick!

10 pounds or 10 minutes standing, followed by 10 minutes with 7 1/2 pounds standing, divided by a couple of minutes trying to stop laughing while the clamp tried to pull my dick off.

I’m ok now though, thanks.

Now you’re getting into subjective topics. Your ligs are typically maxed when you can no longer squeeze any gains out. By that time, your unit should have shifted to a lower hanging angle. At that point, it’s time to start targeted tunica work. Bib goes by three tests to determine if you really even need much lower angle lig stretching.

I have tried to figure those tests out but I just don’t really understand them. I am not to technical so its hard to understand what to look for mirror test etc. Ever since I started to hang it seems like my unit has shifted to a lower hang then before but I hope I have a long way to go. I know its subjective but seems like testing is a good indicator but understanding the tests are not easy.

Yes, the tests are difficult, but the exit point should be fairly easy to do. The inner penis test is tough as well as LOT.

Woke up to slight sharp pain across the pubic bone so I’m a little apprehensive about hanging this morning and will start off light, though I did have an epic morning wood that caused no discomfort.

Everything seemed ok during the morning session. Slight discomfort from the beginning, though well in keeping with keeping the soreness going and I managed 7 1/2 pounds standing for 10 minutes and the same sitting.

I sat for 20 minutes today with 7 1/2 pounds as my pubic ligaments were still really sore, but no dramas during the session and the soreness was the same afterwards.

Hopefully I can ride this soreness for the next few months and get some length out of the deal!

I haven’t measured yet but I’m pretty sure I’ve gained some girth this last week, maybe just swelling of the tissues from the work, but the unit just feels thicker erect and flaccid.
