I hung hanged for the first time today.

Got my first saturday session in. 10 minutes with 5 pounds.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Are you able to sit and hang with the Irwin clamp? That’s what I love about the Bib - I can sit all day long which helps since my job is a sit down job.

I could probably sit, but I haven’t tried yet.

I find standing allows me to really stretch the ligs by swinging the weight back and forth, and in circles while I stand.

Sitting would allow me to hang for longer with less fatigue on my back, which has been sore from all the extra soccer as the outdoor season is in full swing here.

Yeah, I want to find more time but work and family impedes the process.

I steal a couple of sessions daily, but that’s pushing things with a full house and busy schedule.

There is no explanation possible that could help change a person’s view of you once you are found with a weight swinging from your dick!

I got interrupted by my son today while hanging in the basement, illustrating my frustration with not being able to hang more often throughout the day.

Thankfully I was in my studio downstairs and he called before he came looking. I thought he had gone to work earlier but I was evidently mistaken.

He needed a ride to the bus station, which I gave him before my morning client sessions.

I will do another set after lunch and that will be all the time I will have today as I am in meetings until 3.00pm. Then my daughter comes home followed by my wife which ends my privacy in the house for the day.

Tomorrow I may have more time and will be able to slip in a third 20 minute set.

I did 7 1/2 pounds for 20 minutes without interruption at lunch today, which I’m pleased with.

Some minor glans discomfort as the wrap slipped due to a sharp jump in the humidity here overnight. I will have to put the humidifiers in the windows later.

I managed a third session today after a hot bath.

The wife went to the mall with her daughter and I did 10 minutes with five pounds.

I started with 7 1/2 but it felt heavy and the wrap was slipping so I lowered the weight.

I have been experiencing something distressing lately. Every time I have measured since I began hanging I have measured 6 1/2” BPEL.

That represents a 3/8” shrinkage in a month.

Has anyone else had this happen when starting to hang?

And oddly enough, I tried to measure again and got 6 15/16” partially erect.

It seems that when I’m fully erect there is a pulling back effect that seems to be occurring since I began hanging.

Hung with 7 1/2 pounds for 20 minutes and sat for 5 minutes with 5 pounds.

Sitting is a lot more stressful on the abdominal ligaments than standing and I’m glad I lowered the weight.

A 25 minute session is good in that the sitting adds a dimension to my workout that allows me to hang longer.

I might try sitting longer as the standing gets uncomfortable and boring and I’m always checking the time.

I get the little bit of retraction from time to time. I don’t take it as a bad thing I just try to make sure I stretch more through out the day or make sure I do atleast one good hanging session at night. I try to get my hanging in at night when everyone is asleep. Anyway yesterday was the first time I tried 6 pounds on my dick and I’m going to keep it there for a good while. I’m trying to only go up in weight one pound every month or so. I get in a solid hour a day. On occasion I can’t do that but on those days I atleast try to do some jelqs in the shower or as many piss pulls as possible when I’m at work. Keep up the good work and try to maximize that time hanging.
