I hung hanged for the first time today.

Jim, I’m not sure what the relationship of flaccid stretch to erect length means in any predictive way, but my flaccid has grown over an inch in the stretched state.

Well, my first week of doubling up on the hanging sessions is in the book and that equals 400 minutes, or nearly seven hours in the hanger.

I have read on several occasions here that some hangers didn’t see results until they hit 10 hours, and while I would love to continue over the weekend, domestic arrangements exclude that possibility.

I will start a thread asking hangers their volume of hanging time they consume and their results.

This new routine is really killing my EQ.

Another week and ill see if I can adapt, otherwise I might have to back off.

Thought your EQ was great after the first week of doubling up, could just be temporary and unrelated. Or maybe it’s a cumulative effect taking a week to show up. Why did you suddenly double up instead of gradually? Feeling the elusive fatigue yet?

I think the EQ failure is more to do with this ongoing flu actually.

My EQ was about 70% this morning, still serviceable, but not usual.

Regarding fatigue during hanging, during the last part of the afternoon set I had to back off the weight, which I have read is optimum as you are getting into tissue fatigue.

I am going to continue to sacrifice EQ for another week of fatigue for the sake of PE, and there is no improvement I will back off.

And why did I double up so quickly?

Impatience mostly.

Getting through the morning session and multi tasking.

Emails, texts, reading notes from cases.

This is easier than I thought it would be. I should have done this a long time ago.

Still not going to hang during telephone consults though.

I see thanks. Yea that fulcrum training is really intense on those ligs. Finally got morning wood again and its been a few days since I hung. Are you using an ADS at all?

I leave the wrapping from my hanging sessions on between sets as an ADS.

I have no idea how effective it is, but it keeps the flaccid stretched out somewhat and stops turtling, which I used to suffer from before PE, and it is loose enough that I can urinate when needed.

I have tried other types of ways to stretch between sets, but they are too bulky and cumbersome, especially in public.

Heard the good word from the lady yesterday afternoon. Had a 100% erection across her DD’s and she said “It looks so big”. Ahhh music to my ears.
I walked past a younger woman in the gym today, I was going to say hello. but her eyes were locked on my crotch. It must be showing more than I thought.

PE’s working. Continuing fulcrum hangs with 5 lbs and BTC with 8 lbs. It seems to be a good combination. Also two 40 minute sessions a day works well for me.

I catch women looking occasionally also. Bless their horny little boots.

I’m going to stick with the the two times forty for a while and hopefully my EQ will improve.

I am starting a brown rice diet as well and maybe oatmeal as well.

I did well on oatmeal some years ago, getting down to 190 pounds without losing strength or endurance.

I’m just over 230 presently, and can barely see my abs.

Good hanging sessions again today, but I’m not feeling much stretch with the current weights. I’m thinking of increasing them next time.

A-unit, some years ago I quit eating carb based stuff for breakfast, cereal, pancakes etc., and instead ate primarily protein (eggs, protein shake) so I could build muscle better. The effect was that I lost weight, became leaner and gained strength. I wasn’t expecting that, but it turned out well. All I did was replace the carbs with protein for one meal and worked out like usual.

Watch weight increase.

Try more sets first.

Tissues adapt really quickly, we need to tip toe around so they stretch, not strengthen.

I’d recommend steel cut oats, takes longer to cook but is the most superior oatmeal in terms of healthiness, just my opinion though!

A-unit, I was only going to increase 0.8 lbs, that may fit into the tiptoe scheme. Adding sets is tough. Like you, my time to do this is limited, but I don’t want to end up with a steel cable in my dick and try to stretch that.

When I say oatmeal, I mean the feedbag sort, not the instant crap.

And Jim, if you think you are going to over train, don’t. I struggle with time constraints myself and found that the only choice I had was back to back sets, and it seems workable so far.

I need an extra session per day to get near the magic ten hours.

I tried a third session last night but for whatever reason the wrap wouldn’t hold, and my wife came back early, so that put an end to things.
