I knew you were joking.

I have found that more sets with the same weights leads to fatigue, which I (and some others here) indicates onset plastic deformation as opposed to tissue strengthening.

Many in PE suffer plateaus and I’m amongst that group.

The plateaus stem from going harder and harder to get more gains and our dicks adapt by getting stronger, not longer.

To try to avoid this fact (I say fact with knowledge, as I’m a powerlifter and know that ligaments and tendons strengthen wonderfully over time) I keep the weight consistant over my sets and wait until the strain becomes too much, then lower the weight.

This doesmt happen every time, but for me it is ideal.

Hey people second day into hanging think it is going ok but i have to take hanger off every ten minutes because my penis head as got alot of blood in goes purple and as a funny smell is that what happends when you first start. Realy dont want the little thing to drop off or anythink bad to go wrong so be good to have some advice off use please .

You need to adjust the wrap so you aren’t resting the hanger against the glans.

Dunno about the smell though.

Does your urine have an odour normally?

The wrap is inch away from the glans and hanger is middle of my penis so not close to glans. I do not have the hanger tight so not sure did any of use have any problems with the blood flow when starting. The smell i never realy add before starting with the extender and when hung to night just was bad smells horrble.

Some suggest squeezing the blood out of the glans prior to hanging. That might help.

Regarding the smell; are you a zombie?

I discovered this really cool silicone tape that sticks to its self.

I am using it to wrap the jaws of my hanger and it is awesome.

It is found in hardware stores for sealing leaks in pipes and I got a roll for a roller.

Cool i will try that tomorrow and laughing it smelled like death so i could be a zombie.

Hanging on a saturday as my wife is at her daughter’s and my boys don’t get here until later.

It’s an odd feeling and difficult to stay motivated for some reason.

I need to get up and on with other things I guess.

I feel like my unit is losing some sensitivity. Hopefully it comes back, maybe when I decon break which is after i’m done cementing. I’ve read some people experienced partial loss of sensitivity for a period of time and they have never recovered from it. Then again they also hung for over 1000+ hours and used weights greater than 20-25 lbs. I hope it doesn’t get to that point. Maybe it’s a give or take type thing. 2 inches gained vs. a partial loss in sensitivity. I think I’ll take the 2 inches any day though. Just as long as the glans is functioning then i’m good. My estimate is that it takes approximately 400-500 hours of hang time of weights that allows fatigue to gain .5-1 inch. +/- 100 hours ( i know big difference). Please correct me if the estimate is out of proportion.

Also have you noticed that your unit feels a bit more elastic since hanging, almost rubbery?

Well keep on trucking there a-unit i too lack some motivation, but then again i keep looking down and that thing is growing. hehe. Thoughts?

I feel unmotivated sometimes but just keep bashing on.

I think that your numbers regarding length gain might be a little optimistic.

I will be grateful to see another 3/8” this year, but I could be surprised.

Once newbie gains are achieved more length is a marathon task.

Funny you mention the rubbery feeling, I have been noticing that as well and it seems the more fatigued I am the more I notice it. I completely failed at 18 lbs the other day, couldn’t even get a full 20 minute set in and the day prior I had completed 2 sets at 18.

About the newbie gains, I too gained fast for three months, the last 20 months provided me with about 5/8ths. I too would be ecstatic with another 1/4 to 3/8ths this year. I guess we just keep pressing on!
