I would not be so quick to trade 2 inches for a loss of sensitivity. I was hanging 35 pounds around September of last year. I began losing some sensitivity and experienced pro longed numbness. Loss of boner came with that and even though I could get hard it took about two or three weeks to get to an EQ of 8 and a week or so longer to get a 10. The wife thought I was not being turned on by her. I had to explain the dorsal nerves to her. Go slow and keep the technique good, a 2 inch longer dick that has trouble getting hard is not that much fun.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m finding this routine mentally fatiguing as much as physically.

I think I got the wrap/hanger thing worked out for now. But I will be looking to make an improved device soon.

I’ve been doing fulcrum hangs with 7.5 lbs lately, have had to back off to five lbs, then simply couldn’t continue. I’d hang for a few minutes then I could feel pain - too much. So I went to BTC today to get the sets in.

Was the pain in the tunica or ligaments?

I had minor shooting pain in the shaft in the evening last night temporarily, an indication that the stress is well directed.

EQ is good though.

Hey there all so day four of hanging for me and it’s going good no death zombie smell and the blood in head not as bad. Before i hung sqeezed blood out not sure if that what was the problem or add to get used to hanging. So am using 1kg at min when would use say ok to go up to 2kg because get more pull with my extender than with hanging this 1kg.

I don’t know for sure if it was ligs or tunica but the pain was in the shaft.

What angle were you doing prior to reaching 35 lbs? Do you possibly think that your girth may have attributed to seeing lessening gains as well as the amount of weight progressed too rapidly? I may have to clarify sensitivity as not erection quality per se but as the “feeling” one gets around the surface area of the shaft where the hanger attaches from. The tingling sensations ( 0 -10) for me is around a 6 or 7 since I restarted the hanging process. Anyway did you get that type of sensitivity back once you took a break?

You can increase the weight any time as long as you are comfortable and don’t see a reduction in EQ over time.

I am Presently using ten pounds and have no plans to increase the weight, in fact later in the day I have to reduce as it becomes painful otherwise.

I think there is a form of thinking that equates heavier weight with greater length, and while this makes physical sense in most instances, when it comes to making our dicks longer we only succeed in making them stronger and more resistant to lengthening.

I have found that multiple sets of moderate weight throughout the day allows the tissues to stretch without resisting, to the point where the penis becomes much more rubbery and stretchy when flaccid. I noticed this just last week as this program has begun to see changes.

My EQ has been up and down due to the new stress, but I’m sure it will adapt.

I’m going to brave a measurement soon.

I don’t know for sure if it was ligs or tunica but the pain was in the shaft.

I find that there is a difference between the ligaments in the pubic area and discomfort in the shaft.

With fulcrum hanging the discomfort has shifted to the shaft for me, which I’m grateful for and see as a sign of things to come.

I noticed a blood blister on my shaft after a hanging session this morning.

Never had that before.

I’ve also noticed that there is a hard ridge inside the shaft that the hanger slips over occasionally that isn’t painful but really uncomfortable when I feel it .

Anyone else experience this?

Cool a-unit i think i will go up some weight then and try get couple of set through out the day when got some free time. Have you been hanging a while now or not long and you made any gains from hanging see you been peing for few year like.

I have got just under half an inch from hanging since June ‘12.

Nice work man. I gained half inch from extender then lost it from injury time off was will happy with that gain aswell going to take it steady with hanging i tend to rush into things and f**k up with injury.

Yeah, we all get impatient At times, especially if getting a bigger dick solves a problem.

Thankfully those challenges have passed for me, so I can get on with the work patiently now.

Everything came back to normal. I was not experiencing total numbness, just enough to hinder my EQ. I was hanging SD and BTC. I am not sure if the girth hindered the gains but I did no girth work during that time. I am one that believes that time is more important than weight now so I have switched my game plan and try to get at least 4 sets a day, I usually get 5 or 6 but I will settle for 4 on a day when I don’t have time.
