I hung hanged for the first time today.

I have just finished off some last sets of the day. Started off of with 10 pound then few minutes in had to drop to 7 and left it at that for rest that 12 pound set must of been to much early.

Well, its good that you are riding the fatigue down.

I have read reports here of guys going 35-40 pounds and getting frustrated.

They have dicks of steel though.

Thats what i do not want to have to be going up that much weight the less weight the better. The thing is am nearly a year down the line with pe and no gains. Hopeing hanging is going to pull the right string to change that for me.

Well, starting of light and discovering the early fatigue and then doing as many sets as possible after that point is a great start to hanging.

I’ve had some good gains but only discovered this fatigue thresholding recently and it is exciting.

Second set and struggling with the wrap a bit.

I’ll get it right. I always do.

The wrap gets me some times is there a right way to wrap? I have never watch video carnt it will not let me on my computer so i just wrap it nice an snug with cottan wool under to keep warm still gets cool after a set though.

I just wind Saran around and then yellow electrical tape.

I’ve got it down so that it rarely slips.

I think my dick was tired. It was thin and stretchy.

The new “modified bib” hanger is working out great. I can hang with far more comfort than before.Looking for that next 1/4”, to the 7” milestone. :)

Second session this afternoon and trying new electrical tape.

The yellow stuff was perfect but the discount surplus place I get it from was out of stock, so I got some Chinese stuff from the dollar store, along with new socks and a pretty decent contractors 25’ tape measure.

I saw the exact same one for $8.99 at home depot last week.

I must have bought ten of those things over the years and can never find one when I need one.

At least they are $2.00 each now.

This black tape isn’t as good as the yellow stuff.

The black silicone tape works perfectly as a final wrap.

I had to use it as the new black electrical tape let’s go.

I am out of hanging for few day as red dots came back covered half me penis i am realy puzzled on this one was happy i was starting hanging and this last week bin up and down for me.

That’s a shame.

Generally red dots are from blood trapped from clamping or jelqing etc.

Its unusual due to hanging.

Did you make sure your head was free of any engorgement before attaching the hanger?

I hung after masturbating once (damned scheduling conflicts) and I saw the beginning of red dots on the glans.

I stopped and re-wrapped after the blood dissipated.

Yes i fink so when i get back from working away monday i think. I will try get some pictures of when in hanger then use can maybe tell me if it on right and so on mite be easya to see if or were am going wrong.

As long as the hanger is firmly attached and fully way from the glans and the glans isn’t bulging with blood pressure then you shouldn’t have problems.
