I hung hanged for the first time today.

I think I no what you on about when your balls are nice and loose hanging low and you stretch the penis straight out in front the skin joining from sack to penis. Am I right with that if so I have that think it’s always been there though never really taken notice of it.

It does accumulate as you do more PE, and some find it less than attractive.

I could care less, because it means I’m growing.

I know some do exercises to try to diminish the effect, but again, I don’t care, its never interfered with my enterprises.

I did a week of BTC hangs and went to a few days of SD hangs while working at my bench standing. Now back to fulcrum hangs and feeling a good stretch. Hope to see positive results when I measure in 2-3 weeks.

The lady referred to me one morning as “King Kong Dong”. Pretty cool. But I have a long way to go before I call myself that.

It’s nice that your wife is infatuated!

Since my decision to rest I’ve noticed an increase in my girth, especially in the head. I wasn’t expecting that but I’m not displeased.

I have been doing some jelqs to keep the EQ, but nothing crazy. Ten minutes or so in the bath.

Hey just a quick question how do you do this fulcrum hang? I have only been doing sd and btc if I dont mix it up will this be a problem. Thanks

Mixing is not essential, but it won’t hurt your growth.

Fulcrums, as I did them, were seated with a broom handle across my lap with my penis pulled over the broom handle, allowing a more than 90 degree bend when weights were attached.

I would substitute a 2” ABS water pipe for the broom handle to get a different stretch occasionally, but found the broom handle seemed to hit the shaft better.

Sounds ok I mite have to give it a try. Can there be any pain from resting the penis over the broom handle. It’s not going to give me a bend downwards in the penis from stretching it that way is it thats all I would need.

It is uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it.

And no, it doesn’t adversely effect the shaft.

I get a good stretchy feeling from fulcrum hangs. And I don’t have to use as much weight.

I found that you could find fatigue more effectively with fulcrums than with other hanging types.

So I have just try to do fulcrum hang and think my dick to small to do it. My penis hangs about 3,5inch so when my hanger is on thats an inch wide there is not much room so piece of wood as got me fat pad over it not the penis hope you can understand me. Any forts on this. I could just put the weights hanging over the wood but that would just pull it outwoods not how the fulcrum hang is suppost to be.

When I first began PE I couldn’t jelq because my flaccid wasn’t long enough.

I think that if you try a thick metal rod like construction rebar you would have enough room.

Rebar is probably a centimeter wide at best.

Ok thanks. I have on idea what a construction rebar is but I will have look around the house and the garden shed see if I can find somethink that will work.

Rebar is used in construction as a re-enforcement for poured concrete structures like basements and walls.

Any other strong narrow rod will do.

Yikes! Rebar is pretty rough stuff, better wrap it first if you want to use that stuff.
