I hung hanged for the first time today.

I tried to do the link thing, but I am doing something wrong as I had no success. Maybe it is because I am working on a tablet instead of a PC. I sure would like someone to comment on my routine. Possibly have some constructive suggestions for better results. I realize that I have been hanging just short of a week, but if there is something I am doing in error it would be nice to know.

I have requested that my routine postings be transfered to the “Hanger’s Forum.” I quess that that takes time.

I would not like to have to start over at the “Hanger’s Forum.”

Maybe you could post a synopsis of your routine here so that I may assist.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

My routine:

Warm up 5 minutes, using a blow dryer
20 helicopters each, clockwise and counterclockwise
20 hip slaps to left and right hips
100 dry jelqs
Hang SD 7.5 pounds, 5 minutes warming with blow dryer
BTC 7.5 pounds, 5 minutes
SD 10 pounds, 5 minutes
20 helicopters as above
20 hip slaps as above
50 wet jelqs
Edge for 15-20 minutes without ejaculation

This routine takes me about 20 minutes

Any constructive criticisms would be appreciated as I have been hanging for only a week now. Have been doing PE since mid-November 2012.

BTW ACE bandage wrap self adhering is great. No pain upon removal, and so far no slippage.

A-unit is more experienced at hanging than I am, but I’d suggest that since you are only a week into hanging, start with 5 lbs, or even 2.5 lbs and hang for 20 minute sets. But other than that, I think your routine should give you gains.

Hi I was just wondering if it’s good to jelq before hanging a few guys on here do. Now when I read a thread it said not to you need the minimal blood in the penis when hanging. What everyones forts on this?

More time and less weight until you begin to feel fatigue, then ride the fatigue as long as possible gefore reducing the weight.

Do this in 20 minute increments for as many sets as your life will allow each day.

Watch for negative physical indicators such as decrease or loss of erections, pain or numbness, or uncomfortable turtling.

By not loading up weight bodybuilder style, you avoid the toughening of the tissues that many experience as plateauing.

Occasionally putting 20 pounds on the hanger can shock the system, but only now and then or your dick will turn to iron.

I have not been around much, business is crazy for me lately. I had to return to manual for a while but I am still in the game, how have you been doing a-unit, any gains lately?

I am on a decon break of undetermined length.

Am I to understand the two of you that I should be using 2.5 pounds or 5 pounds for 20 minutes at a time instead of 5 minutes.

Would that time period include both SD and BTC hanging or just one in a session then the other in a different session. Or shouldmit be 20 minutes sets with brief breaks between the SD hanging and the BTC hanging.

I am hoping to get this right.

BTW I used to do body building with a paid trainer so I am used to being coached and criticized.

Quick question a-unit weight and sets. If I am doing 2 to 3 sets in morring and same at night and start the morring sets off with 10 pound then drop half way throw second set to 8 pound and finish off with that weight. When I start the sets at night do I start with 10 pound again then drop or do I start with the 8 pound I used on last set in morring. Am not realy sure on this one so fort second oppinion would be good thanks bad luck.
