I got so tuned in that my shaft was aching in the evening from the overload.

The decon break is going well, and other than jelqing I’m not doing any PE at all and may continue through the summer or until I notice some size loss, which would scare me back to work.

I am glad you are enjoying the break hey if you dont loose any an your happy with what you have gained so far take a year off. Pe-ing can be a pain at times in life with all the other thing we have to fit in a day.

I am going carry on hanging for as long as I can this year if I see no gains in lengh work on my girth hopefull girth easy to gain.

I took a break because my wife wanted a seperation. During that time I was unable to concentrate on PE at all and it took all my psychic energy to keep working through it all.

Thankfully we have come to a better place but its still hard some days being with someone who, not a month ago, wanted to end the relationship.

I know that things will settle down to comfortable again eventually, but on top of everything else, PE was just too much.

I understand you you have to have the focus physically and mentally when pe-ing and if your going throw some difficult times in you life as you were or are the stress just drain you and the motivation is not there so a break needed.

I need clarification as to just what “turtling” is.

Turtling is a response the dick has to overstimulation.

I am a newbie too and I have not been doing any of these. Instead after taking a shower everyday I stretch my penis manually for 5-10 minutes in various directions. My daily routine does not allow me for long and equipment based hanging sessions. Under the current conditions this seems to be the only thing I can do for now. I have been getting some red/black dots after some sessions but I assume these are harmless injury dots. Is this a common method or am I doing something detrimental?

P.s: I am also new to this forum/posting thing. So I maybe posting/replying in the completely wrong place. In that case please accept my apologies.

Hi there I some times get red dots after hanging its because the wrap is not right or to much blood still in the penis when I but the hanger on. So the wrap slips and the pressure of weight an to much blood make the dots. Plenty of heat will help the dot go away quickly.

It’s been a while since I posted. My measurements haven’t changed, though I can’t find my ruler since the kids were playing with it. Company at the house for a week surely put a pinch on my hanging, but I’m back at some fulcrums, and they feel good.

As an aside; my flaccid hang has improved quite a lot. Not as much as I want, but is getting attention from the girls. My lady at a restaurant was sitting at the table while I was standing next to it, she looked at my dick through the jeans I was wearing, looked up at me and smiled. Women at the gym where I lift watch me lift the Olympic bar doing power cleans with 185 lbs., and stare at my crotch when I walk past them, the dick is showing beneath the shorts. Testosterone is high, and they notice my friends. Good sized dick on an athletic body - yep, they notice!

And 185 is where I do my high rep power cleans also.

If ever you want explosive power for soccer, dig into 245x6x4 twice a week with dead lifts and kettlebells and mace bells for rotation ans core power.

Cleans with 245 is too heavy for a skinny guy like me :)

Right now I’m 6’2” and around 200 pounds after dropping 30 pounds since Christmas.

Havnt lost much strength though, but sprained my left knee on the pitch on Sunday, so no power cleans for a while!

Decon update; great flaccid hang and heroic EQ. Hopefully I will keep my gains as I rest, but I am endhusiastic about my return to hanging soon.

It has been a few days since my last post. I followed Jimsballs suggestion of 20 minute sessons at 2.5 pounds. I felt no fatigue at all. I then did 20 minutes at 5 pounds. With this I felt the weight slightly. How many sets should be done? How often per day.

Friday I did sets at 0730, 1200, and again about 1600. These were all one set for 20 minutes at 5 pounds. I did begin to experience some fatigue after the third time.

I have noticed that my EQ is increasing, and I the desire to get a fuller erection when I jelg after the hanging sessions.

I find that if I get fatigue in the first couple of sets and jelq in the evening, I get really good EQ that night and morning wood is excellent.

It seems hat you should up your weight for the first set with the thought to decrease throughout the day with lighter wright.

I was doing six sets and occasionally seven or eight if I had time.
