intersperse water pumping with hangings

Has anyone tried making a pump set then a hanging set etc? Can anyone tell us the sensations? thank you

I actually been doing hanging 3 to 5kg in one 18 minute set, then 1 to 2 hours ADS maybe more depending in privacy, then another 3 to 5kg habging 18 minutes and ADS, and repeat until last set where I pump 2 sets of 5 minutes at 10+ Hg (I do this for a long time now, don’t jump to this rightaway, condition first!! Don’t hurt yourself and permanently check if anything is wrong or feels odd inside tube at this pressures during the whole set).
Sometimes I do 3 sets of this, then the ADS until I go to sleep.
Note: my ADS consists of a penis extender sheath that is sturdy enough, filled with weights (isolated to avoid lead contamination) and metal bars from old extender, which I attach to my dick halfway and always making sure the glans exposed for the traction to start there. Problem is, it only pulls when I’m standing/walking.
Total weight of the device around 800 grams these days, I don’t want to break the silicone by straining it too much.
The other problem is that I need very baggy pants because the thing with the weights and everything inisde stretches to my knee so walking becomes tricky if you need to stealth. Haha

Well so far I’ve tried this for 1 month and it ment an extra 1,2cm in BPEL to my precious state. I’ve reached plateau earlier on so this kinda worked fine. Everyday no rest days. At least full cycles a day and comoensate as much possible with ADS.
Then I stopped, it became exhausting. Now I’ll try it again if privacy prevails

Your work is interesting, network, but I was referring to whether they approved making a pumping set and a pumping hanging set, if it is true that it is well expanded or rather it is just another protocol. thank you
