LG Hanger, a new vacuum hanger

appropriate vacuum pressure

My rule of thumb is to use only what is necessary. Usually one can use 1 Hg of pressure for every pound of weight. However as you progress in hanging experience you will find you need less vacuum for the heavier weights (this will happen after several months of training). For anything 5 lbs or less I would use 3-5 Hg’s, from 6-10 lbs I’d use 6-8 Hg’s, and when I’d get up to 12-15 lbs I’d use 10-12 Hg’s.
This is vacuum prior to attaching weight. Once you attach weight and lower it, if you leave the hand pump attached you’ll likely see a 2-3 point spike in Hg’ pressure on the gauge. You can get an idea of how much of a spike you can expect by doing the following….
For example draw out 10 Hg’s of pressure, and then grab the end of the chamber by hand and pull, watch the needle on the hand pump gauge spike up. The harder you pull (the more weight you use) the more you’ll see it spike.

I recommend using the vacuum reading without weight being attached, not the spiked reading.

Past 12lbs losing pressure

As the title suggests not sure what to do keep losing pressure at higher weights, I have put new silicone tubing on but to no avail, please help

Almost all vacuum leaks can be attributed to a compromised seal between your penis skin and the silicon sleeve. Usually this results in the weight beginning to slip off your penis. It is very unlikely that you are losing vacuum via the female fitting, as it is a tapered pipe fitting that’s wrapped with Teflon tape and has a rubber o’ring that bottoms on the spot face machined into the chamber port. I personally leak check every chamber before it ships out.

There’s a few things you can do to eliminate slips. First make sure you warm up sufficiently, meaning try and get your flaccid penis full, with no skin wrinkles. Actually about 50% erect is ideal for hanging. Secondly prime your chamber with vacuum half a dozen times. To do this simply install your chamber like you normally would after you’ve warmed up and applied your glans protection wrap. Plug your hand pump into the chamber and draw out 10-15 Hg’s of vacuum, your penis should expand into the chamber, wait two seconds and release the pressure, then do that 5 more times. This will help draw blood into your penis and allow it to expand and fill the chamber. Disconnect the hand pump and attach weight and hang.

Should you feel a slip during the hang session just stop the hang, remove the chamber, check your glans protection wrap and reload. Remember the goal is to reach fatigue and this can usually be accomplished during a full hour hang session. So even if you have to stop during that hour session and reload two or three times it’s not detrimental to the overall hang session. As you become proficient at installing your chamber it really shouldn’t take more than two minutes tops to reload.

Sometimes when you go up in weight your penis needs some time to adjust to the additional stress. Just a pound or two can affect how you react. If the additional weight causes your penis to get a little thinner during the hang, then the skin / sleeve connection can become slightly compromised and a leak can occur. Try to make sure to re-snug the Velcro strap five to ten minutes into the hang session, it will help compress the sleeve against your penis shaft and promote a better skin / sleeve seal.Try the “priming” technique too, and if necessary a re-load during the session.

Silicon sleeve / rubber maintenance

What’s the best way to extend the life of your silicon sleeve? This question along with why is my vacuum based hanging system losing pressure?
The answers are twofold…. first your silicon rubber over time will loose it’s elasticity, but if you take care of it you can easily use the same sleeve for a minimum of 4 months. When it looses it’s elasticity it doesn’t rebound like it did when it was new, kinda like the elastic waist band on your underwear.

So what’s the best way to get the most life out of your silicon sleeve and ensure that you don’t experience vacuum leaks and slips when hanging weight?
Keep your rubber clean!!! Your hands and penis skin contain body oils, your hands unless you frequently wash them get dirty from everything you touch or handle. This in turn contaminates your rubber. Vacuum leaks / slips are always the result of poor / sleeve skin contact.

To clean your rubber sleeves, wash them under warm / hot water with some anti-bacterial dish soap. Dry them with a clean cotton towel (no paper towels - too much lint), or even better blow dry them with a hair dryer or set them atop a heater vent. This will help restore their tackiness and elasticity if done after about every thirty hours of wear or usage time. I use an air compressor to dry all sleeves we manufacture after we trim flashing and clean them from the de-mold release spray.

Usually you can tell when you need to replace your sleeve, it’s when your system starts to lose vacuum and you experience slips when hanging.

2020 update

LG Hanger has terrible customer service. Before you spend $400 I challenge you to call the customer service number listed on their website. You will realize that you will never get anyone and they will never call you back. Its better than doing what I did, and trying to contact them after you have a problem. Good Luck With that! Just say no to LG Hanger.

I would give him a chance, always had an excellent reputation for customer service.
He’s a one man operation so maybe there’s a personal or health problem ?

I wouldn’t say they have terrible customer service as I always get a reply through email for any questions I had.

I have been however disappointed with them as I bought the extender before it was even up for sale on the site, the pictures I was sent by marlon was of a full base ring not a base ring with a gap. I received the extender but hated the open base ring and asked if I could buy the full base ring. I would have payed even though I should have been sent the one in the pics but the invoice (very high $) I was sent for this has made me rethink even purchasing from LG again.

Monkey bar sent me so many free items, extras and even free shipping to the uk sometimes over the years.

Just received my LG Hanger and I’ve just started my first session. First impression is that this hanger is comfortable! I’ve been using a modified bib hanger for the last year and I’ve worked up to 12 lbs for 60 minutes 4-5 days a week. I’ve started with 5 lbs on the LG Hanger and I can barely feel it. Being a seasoned hanger, what should be the transitioning weight and time ? Should I stick with low weights or should I go directly up to 12 lbs. I definitely want to avoid blisters. Also, please tell me the reasoning about the girth band. Thanks!

Transitioning from a compression clamp weight hanger to the LG Hanger can be deceptive. As you stated the comfort level with the LG Hanger can give you the feeling that you can hang much more weight. Avoid the temptation to jump up to heavier weight too soon. You must allow yourself some time to get the proper amount of conditioning with vacuum hanging in order to prevent a blister. My analogy is like getting a sun tan, you don’t expose yourself to several hours of sun the first day of summer, you want to gradually increase your exposure. Same with working with your hands. If you’re a desk jockey and never do any work with your hands you’d likely get several blisters if you decided to chop down a tree in your backyard this weekend. These may not be perfect examples, but I think you get the picture. I would advise you to go ahead and increase the weight a couple of pounds and see how you respond. As long as you don’t experience any complications stay at that weight and time for 2-3 weeks before adding another pound or two. When you do add a couple more pounds, decrease the hang time by 50% to access your tolerance, and if you don’t experience any issues, add 5 -10 minutes to the hang session over the next week or two until you reach 60 minutes. I refer to this process as the "pyramid method".

I’ve posted an article several times from our blog on TP concerning blisters and how to avoid them and what to do if you get one, I would highly recommend you read it and be informed as to how to recognize the signs of a blister forming.

You can read the article on our blog - https://www.lgh … lc.blogspot.com just type in "blisters" in the search bar and it will take you to it.
Feel free to PM me or send us and email if you have any additional questions.

The Girth Band has a variety of uses, and is primarily helpful in preventing retraction or "turtleing". When using one during the hang session it helps promote a mild amount of compression at the base and promotes a full flaccid without any skin wrinkles, which in turn allows you to enter the LG Hanger chamber more easily. Ideally you should be a minimum of 30 - 50% semi erect.

I’ve been using the LG hanger for a while now and even at 10+ lbs I’m not feeling fatigue, and no gains either. Do you have any advice?

Fatigue properly defined

FATIGUE: What does it mean to Reach Fatigue in Penis Enlargement

“Fatigue” doesn’t always accompany soreness. It’s more of a state of condition than a feel. Although you can have symptoms of soreness, but that depends on the level of your training, and the plateaus that you reach.

If you base everything on the feel you get from ligament soreness then you have not properly defined “fatigue”. Obviously as you progress into heavier more intense training you can feel the following symptoms……

#1 - Soreness at the base of your penis, since your ligament is attached to your pubic bone you should feel it more internally behind the fat pad.

#2 - Mild tenderness within your penis shaft. I wouldn’t classify this as soreness, but more like muscle or tissue awareness. Meaning if you massage or squeeze your penis you should feel like it’s been used or worked.

#3 - Soreness in you sphincter muscle. Occasionally as you graduate to heavier weight the initial sessions can manifest a soreness in your sphincter muscle. This means your body is reacting to the stress of the workload and tensing up. This is where you really need to learn to relax that pelvic floor muscle, and feel that stretch to it’s fullest.

#4 - A very loose and pliable flaccid penis. This is the condition you should experience after a good hang session. It’s also the time to take full advantage of this “fatigue” and do 10 - 15 minutes of very aggressive hand stretches. The hang work is what facilitates the “fatigue” and it’s where you’ll be able to stretch, twist and bend your penis beyond what you can normally do prior to a weight hanging session. It’s in this condition that you probably wouldn’t be able to achieve a 100% hard erection. This is FATIGUE!

It’s my experienced that erect length gains come from flaccid length gains. Your penis can be stretched to greater lengths while flaccid than while erect.
You’ll never hear anyone say that they have a 7” flaccid penis, but only a 6” erection. Over time the difference between your flaccid length and erect length will become less. For me if I had to put a percentage on it, it would be approximately 30%

If you are looking to target the ligament stretch more intensely without going to heavier weight, then use a Fulcrum bar as close to the base area as possible, all the way up to the point where you have to push your testicles backwards. Only do not exceed 15 minutes of Fulcrum hanging, as it will cut off circulation to a point. You can do sets of Fulcrums in between SD hanging.

Hanging 101 doctrine

Hey guys,
Every now and then I like to wander out into the other PE forums….
You know, just to get a feeling for what’s on everybody’s mind these days with regard to weight hanging. The main point that I typically takeaway from these adventures is…. man, there is soooo much conflicting advice out there!

How do we know what to believe and what to toss aside? To think about a possible new PE enthusiast stumbling into a forum asking the best way to increase length by weight hanging. Then they are told to read the “Hanging 101” doctrine that’s been floating around on the forums for many years.

Bottom line…. that line of thinking was developed by guys who use compression clamp hangers, and it’s totally antiquated! None of it applies to the LG Hanger.
So if you’re thinking about weight hanging and want reliable insights into the most effective ways to increase length and girth by training with the LG Hanger then you’ve come to the right place!

We have a blog with tutorial videos and years of advice on all the “do’s and don’ts”, and the best part about it is that it’s all free. All of our training videos are done by LG Hanger users who’ve made successful gains in both length and girth.

You can PM me if you have any questions or are just curious about weight hanging with the LGH system.

LGHanger,

Thanks for article. I suppose then I am experiencing some fatigue, maybe not in pain/soreness but certainly from change in BPFSL - with BPFSL increasing by about 1.5-2cm after a hang.

However, how do I get these temporary BPFSL changes to change into permanent ones? I do light jelqs after a hang but I don’t know what else to try.

So far I’ve noticed changes in my temporary BPFSL but no change to any permanent metric. Thanks again.
