LG Hanger, a new vacuum hanger

Is there a limit to how long should I hang?

Since we Vac hangers can keep the blood flowing unlike traditional hangers and after I’ve heard that All Day Stretchers provide around 1 kg of traction power, I decided to try something new.

After I hang with my max weight and reach fatigue (it usually takes 1.5-2 hours), I lower the weight and continue hanging with lower weights (example; Max = 3.5kg, lower = 2.25 kg) for longer periods of time. Of course, I constantly check for Erectile Qualities and any possible damage done to skin etc.

Is it ok to do that, will it be beneficial or yield the same results with a regular ADS?

I don’t recommend hang times to exceed 1 hour, especially if your using 3.5 kg of weight - that’s almost 8 lbs.
Light weight like 1kg can be used with an ADS for multiple hours as a supplement to heavier, more intense training sessions. Just be aware that any vacuum based ADS that’s worn for multiple hours has the potential to create a blister if you have not properly conditioned yourself.

I personally don’t feel it’s necessary to continue to go heavier. It’s not how much you hang with, it’s how you hang with what you use.
I went all the way up to 18 lbs. for a full hour. However because I was born with a double hernia, once I got up to that weight I would feel a significant tug on my seminal cords. Which caused me to look for other ways to produce fatigue without going heavier. That’s when I started experimenting with the Fulcrum and Bundle.

Finding your "sweet spot" with a given amount of weight is trial and error. Knowing how to recognize fatigue is essential. FYI - Surgery Life Enhancement does it’s lengthening procedures under traction using the LGH. The doctors have noticed that the suspensory ligament starts to stretch at around the 8 lb level.

Foreskin doing most of the work

Hi everyone!

I’ve been using the LG Hanger for a couple months now, and I unfortunately realized that foreskin has been doing most of the work.

I’m uncircumcised with a rather substantial amount of foreskin (and it’s getting worse now with all the hanging), and even after taping it and everything, it looks like it’s indeed foreskin that’s doing most of the work (it fills the whole chamber and creates a big edema every single time).

At the end of the hanging I notice that while it looks like the glans is still in the chamber, it’s really not, it’s only foreskin left, I can feel my glans in the sleeve area.

Is this normal? And/or what can I change to improve this? I feel like I’m going to end up with a huge foreskin with not much actual length increase to compensate for.

P.s.: Oh and I have days when foreskin even hurts a bit, due to the hanging, while I never really feel much from the shaft. I also don’t really feel ligament stretch, despite doing both SD & BTC.

I have a LG and are uncircumcised. I tried the method you are using and immediately felt that most of the weight were taken by the foreskin. It’s like manual stretching, you can’t grip your foreskin to get a good stretch. You have to pull back your foreskin and wrap your glans if you want to stretch your dick and ligaments with the LG.

I tried that with that blue tape that comes with the LG Hanger, but just felt really uncomfortable, and extremely painful when I tried taking hanger off.

What do you wrap your glans with?

You might want to try the “alternative” tape method that’s shown in the instruction manual.
I would like to see how you remove the chamber. Can you make a short video and email to us? I believe you’re doing something wrong, there shouldn’t be any discomfort or pain if you’re removing the chamber correctly.

When sending video, just mention you are a TP forum member and are having difficulties and need advice. I can usually spot anything that’s being done to cause pain or discomfort in a short video.

No, just pull back my foreskin and wrap a bit of the shaft and glans.

Update: I stopped shaving down there when I started hanging, because it was supposedly bad (ingrown hair and stuff). Well I just clean shaved again yesterday and the pain mostly vanished. Which means that pain was the sleeve/rubber pulling all the hair, which is obviously very unpleasant.

So I’m now going to be able to at least experiment a bit with the foreskin pulled back.

Anyone who weight hangs with our system or uses a penis pump should trim / shave hair around the base of shaft.

One more issue left: when I hang this way (either with blue or white tape) I feel sharpish pain (or better said extreme discomfort, not really true pain) coming from I assume the corona part of the glans.

Is there a special technique of taping I can use to fix that?

How long have you been doing PE before you start hanging?
