Is there a limit to how long should I hang?
Since we Vac hangers can keep the blood flowing unlike traditional hangers and after I’ve heard that All Day Stretchers provide around 1 kg of traction power, I decided to try something new.
After I hang with my max weight and reach fatigue (it usually takes 1.5-2 hours), I lower the weight and continue hanging with lower weights (example; Max = 3.5kg, lower = 2.25 kg) for longer periods of time. Of course, I constantly check for Erectile Qualities and any possible damage done to skin etc.
Is it ok to do that, will it be beneficial or yield the same results with a regular ADS?
