Have you done manual stretching with your foreskin pulled back?

I just pulled foreskin back enough so I could grab the glans. You meant that, or really pulling it back?

Oh, I tried it now and I feel very similar type of pain!

Does that mean I shouldn’t pull skin back as much while wrapping?

It take some time to condition the ridge that is very sensitive. When I stretch I pull back my foreskin so I can grab 1 inch below the glans and I do the same when I wrap before hanging. The foreskin then goes back some but the most important is that the vacuum cup don’t grip any foreskin but only the glans and the upper part of the shaft (below glans) so the stretch is on the meat not the skin.
You might lower your weight to get conditioned and then slowly put on more if you need to.

I start wrapping approx 1 inch below glans and goes upp to and over the glans were I just fold the tape that is sticking up over my glans. Try to get a little semi erection och just get som blood in the penis before wrapping. Then it’s much easier to wrap and get a good vaccum going.

Hanging 2 weeks with LG.. Upto 4 pounds now, 2hrs per day , 6 days a week .adding 1/2 a pound per week.. I know still in training mode .I’m in no rush but need to see some type of gain in 3 months. Anything to show it’s working. Where can I find testimonials on wether LG Hanger works?

If you stretch your penis with manuals or with some kind of equipment you probably get gains. Your penis will not know the differens. But what makes a different is time and tension and technique not how you stretch.

Keep training with consistency like you have been. You might see a small gain within 3 months. But I recommend putting the tape measure in a drawer for six months and then measure.
Be sure to do 5-10 minutes of aggressive hand stretching after each hang session. Wearing an ADS in between hang session is also very beneficial. It keeps a mild amount of tension on you flaccid while you recover. Training your penis to not retract (turtle) after training helps cement gains. Girth Bands can also help prevent retraction. I will wear 3-4 in a row after a heavy hang session for 2-3 hours and then transition to a single the remainder of the day. I will even wear one while sleeping.

Agree.. I have ADS which I wear right after hanging.. Going to do some hand stretches as you suggested as well.thanks.

Brilliant.. Going to get these girth bands.. Not sure if I should invest in a pump as well. I’m just trying to get 2 inches then I’ll be done or just hang occasionally after that.

Can you use heat from an IR lamp while hanging or will that melt or damage the sleeve and plastic? Maybe focus the IR (infrared) heat towards the shaft close to the pubic area to avoid damaging the equipment, thoughts?


START: 160mm bpel x 120mm mseg (6.3 bpel x 4.72 mseg)

I used my IR lamp while hanging for months, no issues with the hanger or sleeve.
The heat can soften the adhesive on some tape and wrapping though and cause it to slip.
Just aim it away from the hanger slightly.
