I don’t how much it’s weight it could 700g I guess

I have to agree with what he has said except for thew amount of time. I also believe that he is referring mostly to the newbie gains that most of us experience on just about any method. As far as tunica gains I honestly think that they represent a minimal if at all percentage of any growth achieved by any method. I also find that any growth attributed to tunica gains is just one pulling out some inner penis and NOT gains of actually stretching or cel growth of the penis.

I think that weight depends on individuals and how long they have been at PE. You need to understand that it will require more and more weight to reach fatigue so starting at 700 g is okay but you will have to move up.

As far as noose hangers, NOOOOOO!!! Very dangerous. Maybe you can use at low weight but they have the potential to damage your dorsal vein. I suggest you look into compression hangers.

I started vac hanging with 12oz.

In this video he says that any permanent girth gains are impossible. What do you guys say? :( . Fortunately, for guys who only want length, he says that he has gained 1.75 inches in length and assumes that the maximum possible length gain is 3 inches.

It’s an opinion. Obviously he’s not an idiot but he’s basing his opinion on his experience, research on pumps and extenders and reading forums.

My experience is different from his. For example hanging, pumping and extending (run as separate routines) gave me zero gains but potentially I’d got maximal gains from manual exercises and potentially I didn’t hit the sweet spot with devices that I managed to hit with manual exercises.

The main problem with PE is explaining to people the amount of force required to make a change. People only have their own experience to fall back on when explaining this and it’s very hard to explain (especially with manual exercises). But, all the time, you see people who have gained slowly or not at all change their routine and suddenly start gaining at speed. It would be great to have research into this but remote, self reported research has limitations and in-person interventional research over a 6 month period would be extremely expensive.

This guy contradicts himself depending on what video of his you watch. In some he says you can gain girth if you pump for over 3 years and in others he says perminant girth gains are impossible. He also says you cannot stretch the Tunica which is false, you 100% can.

Tried yesterday felt okayish but the stretch on skin was felt more than any ache mentioned in his vdo
